Good idea and potentially a great app. Will be great when bugs are ironed out..but right now it's still a bit glitchy on my Galaxy S5. Receipt photos sometimes get added and sometimes I get sent back to login and the photo is lost which is a pain. Selecting the treatment date is a bit fiddly too. Also back button wouldn't exit me out of app...few other minor stability issues but nothing here that isn't fixable and when it is fixed I would be giving 5 stars.
I couldn't even login. Couldn't input my date of birth and my password wasn't recognised either. In short u haven't even logged in and I hate it!
Same issue as others here. Cannot upload receipts, kicked out to login page. Pretty frustrated.
It's ok, just that it's super annoying that you have to login every time you launch the app. Please support remembering the password.
Cannot load pictures of receipt from gallery or camera. It kick me out of app then..
It won't let me set my date of birth. It remains stuck at 1980. It's pointless if I can't register.. Very unimpressed at what is a fundamental part of the process.
Could not log in even though email and password were correct.
Cannot login despite updating android system webview as advised on play store.
Can't connect to Internet
Great app, very well made and convenient.
The Take a Picture function doesn't work properly. The picture doesn't get put into the app after you take it, and the app signs you out after you try. The image also gets saved to some unknown location rather than to the gallery, so it's very awkward to use. In the end I had to take a picture normally so I knew it would end up in the gallery where I could then add it in the app. Very poor first impression.
Great app but error information when the service is down it's misleading. I had to read the logs in a bug submission to know that the service was down and that it wasn't a problem with my account or the app.
Makes claiming so easy. New version with claims status is even better than the old one. Love it.
Have updated today but still getting error message - excellent app when working. It won't let me log in.
Hi this used to work great ... trying to get on now and getting "Failed to get app version. Please check your network connection" The WebView thing wont enable for me so cant do that :(
Thanks for fixing my problem. Updating Web view worked straight away. You might want to update the online team as they didn't know what to tell me they were just blaming my network. Thanks
Update: i did what you guys recommended and it's working now! Thanks ! Registered, changed password, installed the app 3 times and still no luck :-/
I can't get passed load image it just logs out every time I select a picture so I cannot make a claim
Hi, I'm trying to upload a receipt. When I choose the image that I want the app boots me out and back to the log in screen. The new update has done nothing to fix this.
Unable to submit claims: When I try to add a image from gallery to submit a receipt I am being thrown out of the app..updated to latest version and tried multiple times
Unable to enter correct DOB when registering. Keeps defaulting to 1980. I wish I was that young

How are you supposed to add/review more than one picture? Not FAQ provided. Sorry, this is a fail.
App is saying i have wrong version, but my partner can log in with no problems on his phone.
Stupid design. Calendar date function not working. Untrusted and uninstalled.

I can't regiter to use it in the first place as DOB keeps defaulting to April 1980 (not my birthday. Wish it was)
Says I have bad connection when I don't. I'm a new customer and this whole digital membership card is ridiculous. What if you lose or break your phone? Happens to me often. If you're in that situation and you're hospitalised, what do you do? Seriously, everyone should have the option to have a hard copy. It's ridiculous that we can't.
Just downloaded version 2.1.2, cannot login. Have latest Android System Webview ver. 55.0.2883.91 and Android 6.0.1. Very poor. So what next? Support, any ideas?
Have latest version of webview and reinstalled both it and the app and still not working!

The app does not exit properly on my cellphone and therefore have to force shutdown it every time I want it closed. Should add more features such as a summary of the coverage of the health insurance policy etc.
Drops back to login page after taking a photo. Pretty dire application. I called customer care and was told there are no reported issues so it looks like the reviews here are ignored.
This app doesn't work. When I select any of the main screen options such as login or register I get an error message stating that an error has occurred while trying to check the app version. Fix it and I'll change the rating.

Running Android v4.2.1 phone. Can register and login on iPhone using same mobile number.... Installed on v4.4 tablet successfully. However the submitted claims are local to the device used..... So the tablet doesn't show the claim submitted on the iPhone. Was this even remotely tested before being published.....?
After logging in I am presented with a terms and conditions title overlay and cannont access any menus or functions. The home screen becomes visible when swiping on the screen but is not usable and disappears when finger is removed from screen. Have cleared cache etc and reinstalled but to no avail. UPDATE: Issue resolved by Laya on android 4.x Excellent turnaround and responsiveness. Thanks!
I just upgraded from the previous version and my claims history has been wiped. Why is this? Other than that the apps is quite good.

The app does not record your password. You must enter it every time. If you have a long and complicated password it's really annoying. Also, taking a picture of my receipts never worked: the app breaks and I'm back at the login page. If I download a receipt I already have in PDF I cannot add it: the app does not let you select it from 'Downloads' At this stage I'd love if I could just send the receipt by email. Old school but that should(!) work
