Downloads and displays the PDFs fine, but several free apps will do that too. I bought this for the PACER app, but logging in freezes the app and requires forced stop. Several re-installs failed to fix the problem. I can log in to PACER from a Web browser so i know the problem is the app. Very disappointing.

This app is so poorly designed, it's painful to interact with it. I'm sure I want my money back. The Pacer login doesn't work, and the interface for the states courts does not render properly, making it an all round pain to try to use. I would give it zero stars if I could!!
