When i recharge my phone through this app first time it shows "processing". Again i tried after some time and it was success. But they took my money for failed transaction too. I complained both fedbank and idea cellular. Fednank says two transactions were success but idea says only one was successful. I think there is a third party between fedbank and idea to recharge phone. They took money....

I have already use the Federal bank mobile banking app in my old HTC mobile. Now I changed my handset Xperia Z1 compact. In this handset like have installed this mobile banking app, it shows an error msg 'already activated for this number'. Resolve this problem soon.

The app requires you to re-register all the payees that you have already registered on your internet banking account with all the details. When enquired with customer care the reply was "that is how it is"

This app was very useful for me. I usually recharge mobile and transfer amounts to fedbank accounts and other bank accounts too. But my friend is also having problems like the others complained here. I don't know why such problems occur. But for me it's very helpful.

Excellent app. After submitting the fedmobile application form at the branch my fedmobile was activated within 7 days. Pls note that this app will not work by just downloading the app. You need to submit a fedmobile application form available at the branch. Its a superb app. You can transfer funds, rtgs, mobile recharge easily!

The app shows that ur number is already registered and need to call customer care and shows a num whenever I try to login. Moreover every time u do a reset of the phone, r install the app in a new fon, u will have to undergo through a long procedure of call to d customer care department. Y cant federal make a simple app which is convenient for its customers.. Crap.. this app absolutely is of no use..

When you reinstall the app, clear the data or install the app on a new phone the app will not log-in to your account even though your mobile is registered and activated. It will just have an option for activation and exit. When you press the activate button it says mobile already activated please contact our customer care. When I call them they say that they have to reset it at their end. What is the point if I have to call the customer care every time I reinstall this app or clear my app data.

People need to register for frederal mobile banking and for this you will have to download an application and submitted in your branch it'll take 7 to 14 working days and then they will activate your number on to the software which recognises your number for mobile banking and then you should be able to use this app

I have been using this application since 2013. I think this is a good application. I like payee registration it is simple as compared to some other leading nationalised banks app. Mobile and DTH re charge need to improve little more.. IMPS is working fine.. Its good.. Sign in / sign out is simple. With averages balance of Rs 1000 fedmobile service is good. Ticket booking is poor..

Its a common trend with banks in India to have excessive and stupid security features. Why can't I just use my username and password instead of having to put in my registerd mobile number? Even after entering the exact number, it says number not registered. Stupid app! Uninstalled.

When i am transferring money from my federal bank accounts to other bank accounts, it show that server is unreachable. So i used fednet to transfer money to other bank account. I am a bsnl customer. I can do top up recharge only in my bsnl number instead of fedmobil support all other operater's all recharge. So please help to do bsnl all recharge by using fed mobile.

This app is not at all user friendly and not designed properly. The app doesn't have an exit button and stays active in the background when u exit using the phones back button. Also, I have to re register all my payers again on the phone. I guess the bank was too eager to release an app without proper checks.

When this has to be activated in a new phone, it's quite a procedure to call the federal bank helpline, wait in the queue for more than 10 min no matter you are calling from overseas. Federal bank, pls. look into this. Else, could end up loosing your potential customers !

Application needs to be updated, compared to other bank mobile banking software, fedmobile is so inferior. There is no facility to register payees, for IMPS payment with account no. and IFS code, and deletion of NEFT payee is also not available. Fed bank team should work vigorously, and roll out with new features, or other wise, it is useless for customers K Thiagarajan

I say Its good & I am try 2 give some sltns 4 here registrd complnts. <1>U just reg ur mob.no. On ur branch for fedmobile(fill a form 4 fedmobile reg.) then submt it on ur branch...then U get log in ID (via)sms & password (via)postal....then U log in use these infomns...& chnge ur pswrd...{pls keep pswrd in ur memory don't give 2 otrs & don't loss it...keep it care fully} now say hw is it...<2> U get log out & other optns...pls press/touch ur mobiles menu button (it's ur left side on android...)
