Payroll Xpress

This application works great. I was able to set up all of my information since I am self employed. I was able to create pay stubs then turn them into PDF files (and save them) to print out with ease. It took a minute to figure out but once you learn how to use it is very simple and convenient. Most of the reviews below who complain are inaccurate. If you take your time you can save information and print it out as well. Thanks!

Would be great if there was a place for extra deductions like childcare or uniform deductions as well as a way to chose before tax deductions or after. The option to chose my pay schedual would also be helpful. I get paid every 2 weeks Friday -Thursday my next payday is for May 26-june 8th if that helps paid on june 9 th.

Uninstalled immediately once I realized that this app is limited to the USA only. What a shame...

Not all employees are salary or hourly. It would be nice to also have a contracted employee option that does not deduct taxes. In my business they are given a 1099 for tax purposes and are responsible for figuring and paying their own taxes at the end of the year.

Would have loved to use this app, however being in Australia I would love to be able to select my own state and country. Also be able to input Tax File Number for employees instead of social security.

How do you make the year to date correct with appropriate time frame? I've been working for 12 years but I can't get the year to date to reflect that.

I need to be able to add my contractors. This desperately needs an option to add employees who are 1099.

I like it. The only problem is that is does not allow to print or email.

Really like this app for keeping track of my employees and being able to print them paystubs, but still can't do my 2018 work yet. Will I be able to access the 2018 tax year soon??

You cant access any features without submitting your employer details. If employer has a weekly pay period other than sat-fri, you cant change that. It has to be sat-fri. Seems kind of limited.

This app would be awesome if it wasn't stuck in 2015 I can't update the time or run current payroll so it's useless to me

Would rated higher if it allowed you to input health insurance, 401k contribution and child support payments

Its not saving my payroll. Its just showing all zero's????

Good so far but it won't let me change the year. We are starting 2018 and it won't let me go past 2017.

It should have pay rate added and the day they get payed

Need to add a bi-weekly pay period and add the 2017 tax year too

I like it, it is very simple and pretty easy to use. But if you could add a way to add 401k repayments, child support calculator with percentage or payment, and Union Dues.. Also, I compared to other paystubs, and my Federal and State are off by a few dollars, no more than 10, seems there needs to be an update to correct that. That would be helpful, thank you.

After downloading and putting in all the information it will not print anything out says it cannot open file does not work

You can't add change to hourly wages. Total waste without that. I am uninstalling.

I entered all the information and when it came time to view an error message popped up saying the stub had issues loading. Uninstalled and reinstalled and re-did it all over again and same message popped up. Really disappointing.

Everytime I run the print it stop and a message appear sayin that an error has caused it to stop

How exactly do you delete a employee completely it lets me edit but not delete thanks.

Needs access on various phones, tablets, etc. Lost my phone and when I downloaded on new one I had to start over. Lost all my payroll info. Needs log in feature for transportability.
