The app sucks, it keeps saying system error, I'm am getting really mad at this stupid app????, all I want to do is check my stuff.

If I want to transfer money or deposit checks I'm out of luck cause all I get is "initialization failed" every time. Very inconvenient and needs to be fixed immediately. The app also force closes almost every time I open the app.

This app sucks! It used to work good but now I have to uninstall it just about every other day and reinstall it for it to work to check my balances????????

Ever since I downloaded the app I have not been able to do anything. I try to great a login but it is just a white sceen.

Worked great till I upgraded to marshmallow, now nothing.

I get a new phone, reinstall the app, & it says it doesn't recognize my phone # (which has been on the account since it's inception) after putting in my assigned activation code that was texted to me. This is BS!!!!! And "conveniently" there are NO contacts on the app.

Won't work. Keeps loading. Asks for a code and before I can even type it in...it shuts down.

It'd be nice to not have to enter password each time. I understand why it's there but it's not needed on some phones. Maybe implement use of biometric scanner login for certain phones. Updated phone and had zero issues get app installed and back working like I've seen a lot of people complaining about..tbh it's the only reason I posted a review..

It's a good app WHEN IT WORKS.

Up untill a few days ago the app was perfect. For some reason on thursday it stopped showing everything on both my wifes app and mine. Also a friend of ours is having same issue.

It keeps saying login credentials are expired which is totally false!

I noticed a couple of days ago that the app isn't showing any of the transaction details. Shows the balance, but can't see anything else.

Tough to get signed up with. Hope to enjoy in the near future.

I can normally log in once, then after that it tells me my login credentials have expired and to call the main #. I'm tired of changing my password every time I want to look at my account. I have no problems with any other apps like this one. Please fix this problem.

Nothing works

Love it.

Needs a widget for fast checking, maybe a balance after every transaction besides JUST the current balance.

It's supposed to be easier but it's just one headache after another. Check depositing never works. Half the time the app won't stay open long enough to do anything. Constantly crashing or refusing to work at all. Awful app!

It doesnt let me deposit a check

More and more frequently it either says network busy, or no activity in the past 90 days whenever I try to view the details of an account. Fix please!

Usually can't get to my account as easy and quick as brfore, needs more work

App has yet to let me log in only says that network is unavailable.

Twice this week the app hasnt displayed my amount in either account just reads NA. Because of this I was not able to transfer my money and overdrafted my account. There went $30 I really needed down the drain!
