aqua card

Used it twice last week when I first got my Aqua card. Now it says my passcode is incorrect. I even changed my password and entered it straight after I'd changed it and still incorrect! Very annoying as it worked fine last week and I definitely know my passcode and password.

This app needs redesigning! Allow people to store payment details so they don't have to input them every time. Just tried making a payment and the app crashed twice!

I have to set my payment detail everytime.many times said system unavailable .pin security is so weak and not a user friendly

No problems with the app at all. Suggestion? Fingerprint login. This company does seem to be behind the times for a few things other companies already do as standard. View PIN online, Contactless cards, fingerprint login are just some of the things I can think of right now. Update 3/2/17. Ability to download statements via the app would be good.

Only thing you can do is check balance and that sometimes takes a while to update. Every time I input all my details to make payment, an error message comes up.

It is OK to check your balance and perchases .. But WILL NOT LET ME PAY ANY MONEY USING THIS APP .. IT MAKES ME PUT IN ALL MY PERSONAL BANK DETAILS INCLUDING LAST 3 DIGITS ON BACK OF CARD ... THEN IT SAYS ....FAILED .. EVERY TIME..

Terrible app... registered online and app won't accept passcode and now blocked. Asked for help and link provided is error...useless!!

Annoyed to hell as it won't accept my passcode and now I am locked out from logging in! SERIOUSLY PISSED OFF!!!

App Very poor every time I try to make a payment it keeps saying error after making me fill out all the forms not happy plus it's very slow on updating your account...

Decent app when it works. Currently payment due dates are not changing for me and are stuck on December 2016 and not updating despite all efforts at re-installing the app.

Works fine every time and always fully up to date.

Hi your app tells you what you have left to spend .but it's wrong.as on the left hand side of the app it says amount of credit and on the right it says what you have left to spend.well on my app it says .£2.99 left to spend. Yet I get a message saying over spent bugs need fixed before give more stars as that leads to confusion.

Why can't just entering your passcode be enough to log in rather than the constant full login details. Also doesn't remember your payment card details when you want to make a payment , have to type in all your card details again. Seriously have a look at the Barclaycard or capital one apps , these are the way credit card apps should be. This app is prehistoric.

Just simply crap. Btw dont change ur payment date with these guys. Its to muuch for their brain to handle. Then you get 4 months charges all at the same time. Joke

The app has for some reason stop working completely. Saying it can't connect to the server and I have to check my connection. I've tried wifi and also 4g but still not working!

Absolut disgraceful .... App doesn't open and no one is able to help to re install a new password to make payments . Instead they chase you on the phone for days ....as I can see here , nobody even answer to any complaint. That's shows me how much they are interested in costumer service . Advice .... go work and don't put yourself deeper in depth if you are not really in a need .

I have been using it for 4 months; no problems at all. Easy and quick to log in with just the Passcode, very convenient to check balance, recent transactions and make payment.

Haven't been able to log in for last 3 days it's telling me they can't connect to the server and to check my Internet connection but that's just fine ... what a useless app

Takes to long turn it off

Everytime when you wanted to pay you have to go and get the card that you wanted to pay with.other credit card apps ,once you payed its always saved there to use next time

realy good app be a good idea to have finger print scanner

I see no point to have the app installed, as you can get the same results via the aquacard web page. Same design, same mandatory login with long password, and safety word, no fingerprint instead of login, like in other banking apps... Pointless. Deleting it now.

Don't understand why this app only has a 3.0 rating, it's an excellent easy user friendly app, with no gimmicks, in my opinion the app takes care of the customers needs in everything, I would not be shocked if all the one's having the issues, are either using iPhone or are heavy duty phone users, and never reboot. It's not always about the app it's sometimes the user, just saying

Opens when it feels like it.... useless as it now will not let me into my account... definition of updates is to fix problems not create them...

I've used a couple banking apps and this one is very similar in terms of features. Convenient way to manage my card, not reinventing the wheel and doesn't deserve average rating. Older versions maybe?

Fine when it works but thats not very often aiways locking.account does not recognize genuine log in details sometimes

Installed this app on my tablet. It's so quick and easy to use. Much easier and quicker than using my laptop.
