Real-time mobile access to FCMB accounts is now possible, with FCMBOnline App, available in the App Store.
With FCMBOnline, customers can check their account balances and transfer funds directly from their mobile devices. The App enables transfers within FCMB accounts as well as to any other bank account in Nigeria. Other features of the FCMBOnline App are bill payments (such as Cable Network, Electricity Distribution Company Bills, Airtime Post Paid bills and Internet Data Services bills), and airtime top up recharge purchase for self and third parties.
Customers will enjoy the same features and functions offered by our Retail Internet Banking, in a very convenient manner: customers can use their existing internet banking credentials to access the App, thereby giving them a unique experience across both channels.
Another unique feature of FCMBOnline is the branch locator. The App will help users locate the closest FCMB branch via the Map.
FCMBOnline is very secure. In addition to the private log in credentials required to access the App, a transaction password is requested to validate any mobile transaction. To guide against unauthorized access to customer’s account, it is important to protect bank details securely. In case the password has been compromised, we urge customers to promptly contact us. Please note that the bank will never request for your password.
Activating the App only requires Username, Account Number and a Registration Code that will be sent to the registered phone number after the first authentication stage. For existing FCMB Internet Banking users, only the Username and Password are required.

You have to submit a form to any fcmb branch or call their customer service to get it activated. And there is always network failure. Fcmb apps always have you visiting their branches or calling/sending mails to customer service to get them working. Its very dissapointing.

Why would FCMB send u a text message that you should call thier customer care to solve a particular issue. Calling the number is not free and they know it, but when u Call, they will either not pick up and waste ur credit or they pick up and ask u to go to there nearest branch Why? Why do you stress ur customers to Call u instead of telling us in the text message that we should go to the nearest branch. U guys are making me hate ur bank somuch

Please try and include transfer limit maintenance in the app , so the stress of going to the bank to increase transfer limit will be reduce. The tech team should also work on the Transaction details so that each transaction could be viewed in single.

Seems you guys don't know what it takes to be in digital age? Too many negative reviews. Yet, no concerns. No replies. Too many apps from one company. All not performing at average. Why not concentrate your energies on making 1 or 2 (better just one) work well? Typical Nigerian factor

Great App. I am enjoying it tremendously and have never experienced any hitch. Always a smooth ride when doing my transactions. I would recommend it to all those who are time conscious, for it saves time, and to those who cherish to make transactions in the comforts of their homes and offices or on the move.

I love this app cos it's user friendly and transactions are performed with ease. However, there's a need to work on it such that detail of each transaction is displayed in full to include sender and receivers name,time /date. A screenshot of this can be used as POP -prove of payment. Because this app lacks this features, I resort to using my GTBank app which gives details of transactions. I'm waiting for you to upgrade. You'll get a 4.9* from me. Thanks

19 century bank, wasted my precious time, had the fcmb mobile app, working initially but stopped, went to the branch, the staff said I should load fcmb online, did, filled form on limits. Then couldn't use again, went back to the bank again the staff said I have to go to the website, the website could not identify the details. They should go and learn from other banks!!!!

An application with lots of bug especially for new members who wants to register into mobile banking. I tried registering as a new member for over 10 times but it keeps telling me user details does not match. When am sure I've inputted my correct details
