The app looks well desiged but it executes poorly. Some improvements needed: 1- It logs off on asking for account statement and takes ages to log in. 2- Will only work early morning or late night, hardly in the day time. 3- Logging in should be more convenient and fingerprint scanner should be an option

Its very difficult app Its need a lot of improvements and need to make easier in use as UBL or BAHL Mobile Banking apps. Login procedure is very long and make a transaction is taking too much time & and very long and lengthy process. Every thing need to double check & very slow browsing in app and also in web page. Login codes are extremely expired when page is directed to the portal. Kindly take a serious action on it and make it friendly. Thanks

Worst of the 3 banking apps used. The text password either doesn't arrive or arrives once session has logged out. Why do you waste your customer's time, provide a horrible customer experience and damage your brand. Hope this feedback reaches the senior management. Tried logging a complaint at the call centre but the guys had no clue.

Very difficult to make transaction. App automatically shifts to main screen and need re-login. It took me 15 minutes and 6 attempts to make just one transaction and I am a advance level software user. Plz resolve the issues on priority.

I'm trying to using this app since it comes on Google Play I also complain to Faysal Bank about it . Till now I'm not able to signup on this app even I give right info every time but all in vain . If you peoples create it then make it useable for users.

Just like the pathetic user experience on their online web banking portal, the App is extremely unfriendly and painful to use. Logging in itself is such a painful task! They should learn from Breeze - what a lovely and smooth experience SCB provides with Breeze.

such a bad app doesnot move forward from registration.... Each and every thing was typed correctly but still showing no data even i am useing Habib bank and Alphla bank apps they give me results in few seconds ...

It's keeping me logout. Way to slow, date format is not good. Not responsive & not a complete banking solution app. You should do some more effort and hire a professional app developer to make this user-friendly

It does not work at all except sometimes it shows account balance. For all other options if selected or clicked, directed to main login screen. Pathetic App.

After login session hardly remains for 1 min. It's almost impossible to make transaction in this time. Many other issues with app. Unprofessional software designing, coding and testing, hence management.

Very poor and difficult to use app. You have to logged in many times before completing any transaction. The process is too lengthy and is not user friendly

App keeps crashing. It took me over 20 minutes to make a single transfer because app kept redirecting to the main page. Finally, when I was able to go through with the transfer after numerous attempts and pressed 'pay', it redirected again to the main page however I received a text message as of the amount being deducted from my account. Now I'm sitting here dumb faced with no confirmation screenshot of where I paid the money (had to send it to someone so they could deliver my stuff). Worst service. 0 star

Faysal Bank needs to fix this app, or take it off the Play Store.. Does not represent your image, at all.. Extremely poor.. Have not made any transfer transaction in the past 3 hours.. Comes back to the main screen by its own accord...

This app seems to be a hybrid version. You need native app for android and iphone at least. In this high tech world, you cannot compete with this crap in hand. Im not at all able to do anything after successful login. It redirects me back to homepage.

If dont have the expertise of making a proper application then you should not launch it in the market.

Reinstalled it multiple time in hope of better performance to no avail. Couldnt complete a transaction without being logged out of it multiple times. Expecte better quality from Faysal Bank than this.

A rubbish app , each time I opened it doesn't work , a new addition in my mobile trash not a worthy app . Above all complained several times through email but in vain , a shameful attitude of the authorities . Hence deleting .

Logged in for 1 min hardly ... the big problem i hv ever faced and havent seen a short session like this in mobile banking across the world. .. it should be atleast 10 mins as mostly banks have .

If possible I wud have given it negative rating, disconnects every few seconds and security features are ridiculous

Basically loading the website in the background which provides a poor user experience and even slower than Mobit website. You need to hire some professional to develop proper app for Google playstore.

It can be used but its not a mobile specific app. It's simply a redirection to Internet mobit. Worst thing is, to check FPin, if you open messages, it will log you out.

I don't know what kind of people they hire and their IT department are useless hiring kids to work for them. Bunch of stupids running the bank. Feelings so angry......

Kept trying to register my account, Checked my NIC & Acc number for 10 times and this app still didn't registered me after trying for 10 times, BIG FAIL!

Really very difficult to log in through this app.Too much time wating app.please make it easy as other banks otherwise you loose the business.

I thought its and app, instead it's redirecting to internet banking. Mobit mobile interface and is cell phone based... sigh!

This app looks like a beta app, not a public release. It needs a lot of improvement's. If you dont have ideas how banking apps works, then check other banking apps like meezan or ubl

The developer could have made it more difficult and user unfriendly, if he could have introduced a confirmation call at the time of login....

Very bad experience. Nothing works. Discount's near me shows me all discounts in Karachi. Pathetic really.

Whenever I try to login first I see error page and most of the times I have to login again and again for two three more times to see my account page properly.
