Fax Burner - Get & Send Faxes

When reading the info for this app it didn't say that you only get 5 pages to send over the LIFE of the free account..thats great if you only have to send faxes once in your life. Also, sending an email to faxburner with your fax info to send for you is bizarre. I used my outgoing fax limit once (5pages), yesterday, and as of now, I still have no confirmation that the fax I sent was received by the recipient. The support team said they sent it, which I see, but still no delivery confirmation. Support asked if it was in spam as if I was not competent enough to check my folders. My advice, get a fax or find fax services. If these papers were time sensitive I'd be screwed.

This app does not work. I had to report my sensitive information has been exposed. I followed directions. Never got a response back until I messaged them hours later. Definity thumbs down. Heed MY WARNING!!

I dont know what all of these bad reviews are about. I installed this app, sent myself a test fax from some free online site, and received it in 5 minutes. Works perfectly, nice looking interface. Thanks Paul!

Worked great. I had a one page fax arrived within a few minutes. After seeing negative reviews I was reluctant to download the app but now that used it have no regrets. I'm using Samsung Galaxy Tab E.

It does not work. Don't waste your time with the free version. Not sure if the paid version works better, maybe would have paid if the free version worked. Wouldn't recommend this app.

I have pay for the app for years and went I need to send some documents is doing zoom on one section of the paper and don't look good is almost a year and I already tried to tell you guys i still no working I going to cancel service with you

I BEEN WAITING FOR 2 HOURS FOR A FAX IT NEVER CAME VERY UPSET IT WAS MY ONLY CHANCE TO GET IT. IF ITS MORE THAN 25 PAGES WILL IT NOT COME THROUGH.???. PLEASE TELL ME SOMETHING I ONLY HAVE 24 HOURS BEFORE IT EXPIRES PLEASE

Excellent tool for receiving faxes. Simple (and fairly good-looking) user interface. More than I expected from a free app. Could not for the life of me figure out how to print from Android, but simply logged in on a PC and it was a piece of cake. Would like to be able to grab the PDF from the app and email or print. Maybe it's saved somewhere; I didn't bother digging for it.

Works as it's supposed to. Short on useful information for receiving; got the fax, but could only look at it, not print or access PDF; finally after wasting much time discovered PDF was attached to notification email. Will continue to use now that's figured out.

It let me send a fax for free. Received a guilt trip email for a good review. Here it is. 5 stars!

Not sure about function yet. Waiting on a fax. But when backing out of app it logs me back in lol

I had a very important fax sent to my number and it keeps crashing and won't let me open it!

Been waiting for almost an hour on my fax. App does not do what it says.

I have been waiting on an important fax since yesterday. I called the office and was a bit agitated thinking they forgot to send it. They assured me they had and read the number back to me. I still had 12 hours to use the free number. I got extra time because it was my first time using the app. They sent it again while I was on the phone and 2 hours later nothing. I can't get help because no support is given to the free accounts. If this had worked I would have bought the monthly service.

I first downloaded the app to receive my w2s, didn't work at all, after my 24hrs was up I uninstalled it because I didn't receive my fax. Later that day reinstalled it gave it another try with a different account received the fax literally within mins.

I didn't have any issues with this app. It works with incoming faxes. I haven't tried outgoing yet.

I downloaded the app and a short while later, sent myself a fax. More than one day later, it hasn't arrived on my phone. I'd have upgraded to the paid version immediately if it worked. Unreliable. After number expires, I'lll try one more number before uninstall. Update: new number expired when I created it. Uninstall.

no ads, truly free, took (literally) 20 seconds to register, and it works "right out of the box" - no setup or configuration needed. wish i could give it SIX STARS

This is a great app and is definitely worth downloading. It does what it promise to do and more for free without asking for credit/debit card info. Also it is very user friendly.The only thing is, I wish they would go back to allowing their users to send 5 free fax a month.

Twice I have needed someone to send me a fax like immediately and I hit the button on fax burner got a temp incoming fax number and vwalla...I received my fax and they are very generous with the 25 page incoming per month limit. Just wish they would have a bundle like got free fax does. Where I pay an amount for a certain amount of outgoing faxes and I can use it at my discretion instead of a monthly fee. I don't use a fax service enough to agree to a monthly fee, so there is that. But Fax Burner is GREAT!!

I downloaded this app to 3 pages. They were jpeg yet it didn't send fax it sorry coud not convert. What a joke uninstaling now.

You can't actually send faxes through the app so it is totally usesless. Why doesn't it have the same functionality as the iOS version?

I sent an important document it said it had sent and it never just wish it had said it hadn't gone so I could sort it out sooner.

Been waiting fur this app to be available for Android. I've used the web version when I need an immediate face number. Could never find the Android app, so I bought Pages through CamScanner and Fax File. Glad to see Fax Burner here! I was already registered, so logging in was a synch. Haven't used this mobile mobile app yet, thus the reason for 4 stars.
