I downloaded so I could keep up with my auto pay, and it will not let me login. I went to the website and put in the same info and was able to login. Can you please fix this problem!!!!!!

This is not an app for American Water customers. This app does NOT provide customers with the ability to log into their accounts for easy access to view account information, bill pay etc,.. Most of the downloads of this app are probably from unsuspecting customers. Do us a favor and retool the app. It's completely useless otherwise.
