Fastway Couriers

Keeps crashing when enabling push notification. Does not like my tracking number. No updates in a long time. And when I am not home the company takes it to a pick up point more convenient to them and not my closest one. If only I could choose the courier company.

Trying to select push notifications but it just crashed. Certainly not the lest bit friendly to use. Needs a lot more work to be done on it. I'd give it a 1 out of 5 at present.

Just left a not that its been delivered and its a business address. 2nd time left a not but did not deliver but luckily already set up a camera shows guy just left without even knocking. This company will slow down your business so dont ever use this comapany. Train your franchise. Customer support useless

Very average app. Even slower delivery... Melbourne to Tasmania shouldn't take over a week... estimated delivery was the 17th and its now the 21st and still waiting.

Never updates parcel location ,can not access push notifications. WHY HAVE AN APP FASTWAYS WHEN IT DOSE NOT WORK!!!!!!!

Terrible app.! Couldn't get it to accept the tracking number plus it just keeps crashing lol this app is actually as slow as fastway drivers hahaha waste of time

Waste of space on my phone. Crashes doing anything.

Only search option is tracking number, the website recognises the number but not the app, this is the 21st century give us more search options

I've used fastway since the beginning of 2016 to deliver my custom made fishing rods, they always reach my customers in tact :)

Firstly they take ages to answer calls and its also been days that my client is waiting for her parcel and they cannot tell us where about it is or let us know around what time the parcel should be expected. Most pathetic service.

should have to select country first it would also b nice if it had an estimate of time it would b delivered

On a Moto X running Android 5.1 NO good, it DOESNT save last query ( you DO have to retype) and it doesn't allow you to register for push notifications, ( it says ' Fastway has stopped working' ) .... that says it all .

Poorly supported & developed app. Push Notification tells you have to register yet there is STILL NO ability to do this either in the app or on the website!!! The only notification will be when the courier knocks on your door to deliver! Putting the tracking info into the app is the only thing that works without crashing! This buggy app should have been beta tested before releasing. Needs further development as this app does not provide any notification. A wasted opportunity by Fastway!

Good App from FastWay. I have few point makes me give 3/5: (1) it's bettet to start with the country as a 1st searching point, so no one will be frustrated, as it took me few min to realise why it kept showing error (wrong country. (2) it doesn't support "code remember" and each time you have to write the whole code again. (3) No update/ reminder /alert to inform you about the most recent status of your parcel. Good luck

You should call your company Slow-way. I send 2 parcles on 12October and it is now the 20th with no delivery and the Rep doesn't answer his phone. Pathetic courier! I will be demanding a refund for all the bags I purchased and will never use you again.

Set the location to South Africa and asked for quote and was quoted in $.

Not working

Its been 3 days in transit for what should be a 3 hour MAX drive to where I live... sill not delivered.

Not exactly user friendly but ok I guess for South African standards, which is not very high

Currency symbol shows dollar sign for south Africa instead of Rands, does not find all suburbs/give a list of appropriate ones as you type them in - just says nothing found
