Area Clienti Aziende - Fastweb

L’applicazione ufficiale di Fastweb per le imprese, che consente di controllare i consumi e la spesa delle USIM aziendali, gestire il traffico dei numeri mobili, consultare le ultime fatture, richiedere assistenza e trovare le risposte alle domande più frequenti.

Accedere è semplice, basta utilizzare username e password dell’Area Clienti Aziende, lo spazio web dedicato.
Con questa nuova versione, anche i clienti con il solo abbonamento fisso possono accedere all'App.

Principali caratteristiche:

- Infoconsumi mobile: sezione che mostra il traffico consumato e residuo dei plafond voce, messaggi e dati inclusi nel piano tariffario mobile. Inoltre, è sempre possibile avere sotto controllo la spesa extra plafond. Le informazioni sono aggiornate ogni 24 ore
- Classe di abilitazione: strumento per abilitare o inibire il traffico voce dei numeri mobili aziendali alle chiamate aziendali, nazionali, internazionali, in roaming e non geografiche. La modifica ha effetto in tempo reale
