Love fasten and use it all the time, until recently, I thought I had more money in my account than I did, and my payment got declined. I immediately fixed the issue, and paid what was owed, and now you guys have blocked my debit card seemingly indefinitely. Guess I'll take my business to ride Austin. Updated: my bad. I stand corrected. You have actually blocked me from using any cards apparently. Spent a lot of money on rides from you guys. I don't appreciate being locked out when I need a ride. Thanks a lot.

Asks for permission to upload the photos on my phone to the cloud in order to provide additional "security" and refuses to work unless I allow it to proceed. No thanks Fasten, my photos are nice and secure where they are, and all I want is a damn ride, not for you to steal my nudes.

The last couple of times I've used this app, it's lacked showing me actual updates about where my ride is, is confusing on how to even order one...there's no button to do so. I ended up taking an Uber because it was easier, and even though fastens app wasn't loading and I wasn't able to see where my ride was OR if I had even ordered a ride at all...they charged me a $5 fee for canceling last minute. The UX is too confusing to use, not sure what happened with whatever update you pushed, but I'm going to save my $5s and not risk using your product anymore

*STOP SENDING PUSH NOTIFICATIONS* The app could use some improvements. It seems to log me out a lot for no reason, there's no option to login with my Google account credentials, and it would be great to see Nexus imprint fingerprint integration, perhaps as an option to confirm the ride request (in addition to using it to log in). It is also way too easy to request a ride, I have done it on accident several times. No real updates have been made in over a year, except to send push notifications to your phone bothering you and asking you to use the service.

Ap took my credit card info and then hung saying my internet connection was bad. I'm writing this review on that "bad" internet connection. Looks like I'll need to check my cc bill closely for the next few years. Sigh.

The best app after in Austin for a while. Still glitchy and poor customer service. They charged me for rides I did not take or started the ride before I got in the car

Way over priced, has randomly stopped accepting two of my payment options. POS ride share, do not download app or use Fasten services.

Decent app, used it in Austin, but the UI is sort of weird and the app can be slow and glitchy sometimes.

$5 cancellation fee is garbage, and the gps location is often wrong.

Use to like it now its whack.

We had a terrible, dangerous driver that somehow has a 5-star rating. We reported the disaster of our trip to fasten in detail but to no avail. I am an avid user of Uber and have never had such a bad experience as with Fasten. Will stick to cabs in Austin.

If you're going to push notifications on me, maybe you should spell check. Or I'll probably go with the company that costs the same, but knows how to spell. Don't push notifications.

Doesn't work with Google Voice numbers.

A driver showed up unrequested at my workplace. Fasten then charged me a $5 late cancellation fee and doesn't respond to my refund requests. Deleted the app. Plenty of other choices around Austin

Left my phone in a fasten, emailed support and its been three days and still no reply. Terrible customer service. I thought the driver was a nice guy, talked the whole ride home, and then he makes $700 of fraudulent phone calls with my phone. I will never take a fasten again.

1.5 hours to get to a 10 minutes destination and wanted us to get out on the highway because sat navigation says we have arrived at our destination! Inexperienced drivers and don't even use their navigation system and still want tipping! A complete joke! Edit Update:emailed you to complain and recived a response from Zalika, saying nothing you can do because the system shows the driver eventually dropped me of at the destination. you charged me $51.91 for a journey that was only less than 10 minutes journey average €10 fare, your driver fault not mine, because your driver got lost or was taking the mick because I was a tourist. Since changed to another local company and not had any issues SO BE WARNED ANYONE WHO GONNA USE THIS COMPANY!

This is the 3rd or 4th time in a row that my ride has either sat still after my request or driven in the opposite direction to the point where I had to cancel and pay $5 for their complete disregard for my time. Tired of wasting money and getting played by these drivers. Please fix...

Customer Service is practically non-existent! Moments I've had issues with terrible drivers and sent a message to them through the app or email have never been addressed. The app has sent completely wrong, random addresses to drivers, then when the driver shows up at that wrong address, it'll warn me that I have 5 minutes to get outside or I'll be charged $5. When I message the driver that I'm nowhere near them, they either cancel the ride and charge me $5 or the wait time times out and I'm charged $5 while I'm standing outside waiting to be picked up. This has happened several times and no one has EVER gotten back to me or refunded the money that was practically stolen from me. If everything is going well, then the app is ok! If there's ever an issue though, it will not be addressed and their customers service doesn't seem to care enough to help you with it, especially if it involves an awful driver or giving back money that they've taken from you! Enjoy!

App is getting better. Map is still bad. Must build in at least 5 extra minutes to communicate correct location to driver. Occasionally get cancellation charges when driver never showed up, likely because of map inaccuracies.

Short details. I've used this maybe once. It says my Facebook login exist upon sign in (understandably it does) but won't let me login with it 10yr IT background blah blah says number is wrong but hasn't changed since 2011 can't use the app at all but would love to

Very similar to Lyft and Uber. Great drivers and decent fairs. The app does have glitches and will freeze but not all the time. I used this app everyday when I was in Austin.

Drivers are fraud. I got charged a fee for a car that didn't stop to pick up. Yet on the charges driver claimed to have dropped off after a mile. No way to contact customer service by phone. Only way is to report an issue through the app

On my 93rd ride with Fasten, have had like 2-3 bad rides. Need I say more?

Driver spent over 20 minutes driving the wrong way before we finally cancelled.

I came to Austin from Portland and can't use Uber or lyft and fasten doesn't seem to accept Google voice phone numbers so I can't get it installed...

Annoying app which makes you give up the idea of ride sharing itself.

There is a bug when requesting a car, where the location of the car does not change on the UI so it's hard to tell how far away it is.

Stayed in austin for a few days. This app was super useful and got us everywhere we needed to go.

You can't drive if your plate and insurance not from the same state you drive so why we call it United States....!!
