Barometer for Android
Thanks!! I have been drooling over buying a Sheraton banjo barometer but the price!! Now I can check for storms as long as my battery is charged, even if I can't get to a website that has the hPa for my location. Took minutes to calibrate and it would have gone quicker except that I had to look around the web to find out what the abbreviations mean. So now I have digits in addition to hearing the blue jays scream or the woodpeckers drum or chatter, both of which are also signs of a storm on the way.
I know English is super weird, but the plural is the same as the singular form of the word "feet" and I think you should leave it, but if you do make an update maybe change that one thing. But still a cool app!
Calibration was straight forward and very clean. Sent email to see if altitude range could be adjusted to a lower scale. Overall, no ads and simple.
Easy to read and well designed. I've used it for pitot-static calibration. The inHg reading however is off by about 0.03 inHg, which may sound small but is actually about 30ft of altitude. Probably too much rounding of the conversion factor.
Don't ask for my connction don't bother me with commercial adds.
Was unable to calibrate to my Altitude & Current Pressure, shown on my Weather Center.
Confusing. I don't understand how to use it, and there's no description on anything.
Just as advertised. Altitude and pressure readings. Simple and effective. For five stars, it's gonna have to look nice, like material design nice.
The app analog meter is limited to 13000 feet however the digital meter gives reading beyond it. Otherwise the app is good and gives you correct reading provided the meter is calibrated.
I could have sworn this worked on my Nexus 5 when I first got it. Now this app (and others like it) tell me that I have no sensor.
How do I read this thing?
Good app for barometer, but I needed to calibrate the altitude farther than the calibration scale would allow.
Very nice. Clean and simple. I was able to see the change in car pressure with fresh air input. Galaxy s5
Not bad once you figure out how to make the initial adjustments to calibrate. The altitude reading is difficult to see down in the hundreds of feet. The adjustment for initial calibration of the barometer is very sensitive and you have to have a little patience. Once calibrated, it has been right on for accuracy. I live less than a mile from the nearest NWS/NOAA weather reporting station at the airport. The reading has been exact to the official readings. There is no set point indicator.

Can't calibrate my altitude. The app only allows a couple hundred feet adjustment. So far, altitude is useless.
Total useless if u below 950mBar or at high altitude of let say 1600m
It gets the job done, without ads.
Nice and simple. Just altitude and pressure.
Clean, fast, easy to use and with no suspicious permissions or in app purchases to annoy
Good basic app. Like it should be.
Works well enough and can only be as good as my device's sensor.
This app could be just awesome if it were for a black theme
But altitude needs calibration too often
When you go under water is the altitude correct, loke for every meter a correct amount of bars, assuming it's from aea lvl, and why does it say 13M above ground and 0.998 atmo? shouldn it be 0M at 1 atmo? Also 1012millibar/hPa = 0.998 atmo?

Without that I don't know if the weather is improving or deteriorating
Got this dial. But it does nothing far as I can see. No instructions or help and their website is useless. HELP
However layout is strange
Does exactly what it says. Altitude also
Clean interface. No frills. No special permissions. Auto calibration would be nice.
This app give true result.....
Works great on Note 2
Took me a few minutes to find a few good spots to calibrate the altitude/pressure with, but once it was calibrated, seems absolutely accurate. Returning to spots I know the altitude of, it reads perfect, even adjusting a couple of feet as I hold the phone higher or lower. Did not expect this out of my phone sensor!
This Barometer has no way of setting an indicator for it's last reading and, without that, it's useless in predicting the weather; and isn't that mainly what a barometer is meant to do ? Worthless.
Just installed this on new phone. I'm on 14th floor but the altitude is saying -47 metres and the pressure is 14.77psi? How would I know my correct altitude and air pressure? I'm currently in a foreign country and this app could be much more user friendly.
Just what I was looking for and no more. Thank you!
Great app works great.. is simple... exactly what it says it will do. ...thanks

You are reporting hectopascals to zero decimal places. (While you do have inches of mercury to hundredeths.) That will not do. Should also be able to type in my altitude instead of adjusting the oversensitive slider.
