I think the app has gotten better over time. It's nice always having my policy info available, and especially having the insurance verification cards. Having fingerprint login is also great because I login so infrequently I never remember my ID and password.

I like the app and the availability to view my policies. The only issue I have is that it always says that I can't view my ID cards due to my (NJ) location. Please inform what can be done about this.

A. Big piece of shi!!!!!!!!!-!!!!. Farmers doesn't care no body just getting money from people that it. Was working on my v-20 fine not anyone more and reading review calling them would be a waste of time. They dont care. Thinking about dropping farmers for good. Been with them over 30 years. Sad.

Had the app on my nexus 6P,worked fine. Now have the Galaxy s8, and it flashes blue, as others have said. This is pretty frustrating. Other than that, when the app worked I liked it, it's well done. I just currently cannot use it. UPDATE** Still cannot get past the initial flashing screen on my galaxy s8 with update on 7/18 UPDATE** Blinking blue screen has been fixed. I can now get into the app.

This app sucks. I can log in to my account on a computer and it works fine, but when I try to use the app I keep getting an error message telling me to call them. I called for help and they said they'd look into it. Hasn't happened yet apparently because I still can't log in, days later!

Will not allow me to log into my account using the app. It keeps saying to call Customer Service. I've called Customer Service, our Agent has reset everything that she could, and we have tried resetting our password about 3 times too.

I had it on my old phone but I just upgrade to the Note 8. And it keeps closing and won't open. I never had problems until now. I get a message saying restart or close app.

When I had the Galaxy S7 it worked fine. I upgraded to the S8 and now I'm not able to get on.. the app will not stay open. I've uninstalled and then reinstalled and still can not get on.

I hate this app. I gave up trying to open the application today. It never loaded. Yesterday, it loaded but I couldn't view my insurance cards. The app keep giving me an error code. Gone are the days of customer service. Now every company wants you to use an app that doesn't work.
