About Growing Degree Days
The Growing Degree Days application measures the maturity of your crop by viewing current and past growing degree days data for your farm’s location. Growing degree days (GDD) are a measure of heat accumulation used in agriculture to predict the date that crops will reach maturity.
The GDD app allows you to track your crop's maturity down to the field level based on your planting date.

Well truthfully I didn't use this app because my area isn't covered by it. I wish Alaska was part of Canada, I'm tired of everything from apps to programs acting like we're not part of the US. So yeah, make it open to ALL of the United States then I'll be much happier to give a better rating.
