Used this app last season and it was great, but I can't access any of the games from this season! Maybe they just need to update it for the new games.

This is a great app but I haven't been able to log in or even create a new account. Please fix, want to get pictures from previous games and game last night.

Worked great for 1 game then stopped. Haven't been able to use it since. Support response was non existent.

Not working anymore

For some reason, the app didn't work when I attempted to register my seats. However when the full website was up, I was able to and then I logged on using the app which allowed me to see. Now it's not working at all as if I never registered. It doesn't recognize my email address all of a sudden so there's nothing I can do to get my pictures again. I guess repairs are underway. Before the bugs, I loved the quality of the pictures and simplicity of sharing

It's a great idea, but i do not like the fact that anyone can see your pictures. As a STH, I take different people to games and they know where I sit. You should only be able to see games you have a ticket to.

Found ONE game but nothing else. I logged off and tried to log back in... no luck. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times...no luck. Won't even let me try a new sign up. Worthless.

Ever since the last update I can't get my pics. I was a the LA Kings game last night and couldn't put my section and seat in. Please fix. Used to really like this app. Uninstalled till fixed

Won't let me log in. Tried on my galaxy s7 and iPhone 6s and wont let go sign up or sign in. Cool app when it works

I can't even create an account to look for pics from play-off Kings game 4/16. Seems like everyone is having the same issue.

What happened...this started right before the last game of the regular season...thought it was just a glitch, but nothing since.

Love the moments captured. But hate that someone else can share your happiness without your permission.

Its been about 4 weeks since the app has worked on my phone so I deleted it and installed it again yet it still doesn't work

Great app, added another aspect to the great atmosphere at StubHub. gave my family and I great memories we couldn't capture ourselves.

Used to work great, but ever since last update last month... does not work anymore. Apparently I'm not the only one and seems people are not getting replies.

Used to work now won't let me log in after I reinstalled because it would let me load a venue or games and it's freaking playoffs fix this asap please!!!

How could they not cover a kings playoff game?!! The app won't load and the website doesn't seem to exist anymore. What happened?!!

After all the struggle to get the app back in time for the season opener...Fanpics is no where to be found!! So sad they've mobbed on to bigger fish!

This app is worthless, just a waste of time

No pictures from the April 9 LA Kings game or the April 14 playoff game.

Cant sign up, log in through fb or anything so i can't see the pics from the galaxy game a couple of days ago
