The app itself runs smoothly overall. Buying tickets and looking up showtimes and what movies are/will be playing are ready and simple to do. The only real problems I've had so far are that tickets I've purchased through the app and the website don't show up under "My Tickets."

This is the worst app.

Useful app

Used to love this app. However, now it keeps telling me it can't show me show times and tells me to update my app. I have done that and completely deleted it and redownloaded it and still won't work. Extremely bummed. I was hoping to buy movie tickets to a show tonight from my app and use some of my points. Have been using the app so long that I don't even know where my actual card is.uggghhhhhh...

I loved being able to check my points and the movies easily, but now all I keep getting is a "you don't have access to this method" message when trying to look at what is playing or coming soon. Uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that would fix the problem. It did not.

It sends notifications to my phone but there's no settings/options to turn it off. They can keep alerting the phone and abuse it. 9 months later with other updates they don't provide settings so we know their abusing notifications for the normal person who doesn't know marshmallow/nougat settings to disable all notifications.

I have already read several reviews stating exactly what I'm going to say, but I'm hoping at least one more and you will fix the problem: Ever since the latest update, the app will no longer show us movies or showtimes for any of the local theatres. If you're lucky, the list of "now playing" will show up, but once you click it, it will not load anything. Plus it will try telling us that the app is out of date and needs updating. What utter rubbish.

App used to worked perfectly till the last update. Now it crashes as soon as it opens so it's useless; can't buy tickets and more importantly it can't bring up my points card to use at the theater. I just go to AMC now where I can actually redeem rewards.

Overall a good app, easy to use. The one negative, and irritant is that in order to use a Regal gift card you have to go to the Regal website to buy your tickets. Please get this fixed, most other apps have no problem handling their own gift cards on their app.

Every time I try to log in, it says invalid username or password. I have reset it multiple times using the correct email and it still will not allow me to login. Before people here call it user error, I'm a tech savvy guy and can tell you 100 that I have the correct information typed in because I can log in to the website with the same credentials

You keep telling me to upgrade to latest version, but no upgrade is available. I have issues occassionally, but they are at very inconvenient times. It would be absolutely lovely if you could resolve this without taking another year!

So I figured that if I downloaded the Regal app I wouldn't be held hostage for fees like Fandango.WRONG. Dead Wrong. Totally Wrong. So basically Regal charges you fees to buy tickets to movies at their theaters. Suprise a new way to get extra money out of you. At least with Fandango it works for every theater. Thanks Regal for giving me a reason not to go your theater and to uninstall your app. This is a great way to lose customers instead of keeping them.

I would give it a 5 star rating is they would add a option to use my gift cards. It so frustrating that I must use there website and now I have to print out my tickets , cause it won't show up on my app. You would think it's a common feature with purchasing apps

Well, it would be really darn nice if u would fix the login cause most of the time I try 2 login it says I have the username or password wrong 3/4 of the time & it is making me quite upset. So, please fix & I will give better rate Thank u

Won't do a dam thing right due to message " please update to latest app " even though I updated it, deleted it and reinstalled it. Garbage Garbage Garbage

App is decent, Regal Crown Club is not as good a program at AMC VIP. Would rather pay for premium membership with better benefits. Partucularly disappointed that convenience fees for online ticket purchases are not waived. Won't be using the app to prepurchase tickets. It is good for looking up movie times.

It charged me a dollar just to start an account, then it showed the movie I wanted to see as unavailable. I opened Fandango (I forgot I had an account) and I got the movie I wanted in the same theater. Now I can't find a way to delete my credit card info.

App was doing great. Now it says i need an update but there is no app update available. Also says user is not authorized to perform tasks.

It was good but now won't open open. Keeps telling me its out of date and needs to be updated. However no update shows up. I deleted and reinstalled but received the same massage.

I could log in without a problem. Now i can't. It keep saying my username or password is wrong. It delayed my time at the theatre. Fix this please!!!

This app has been awesome until today. I've uninstalled and re-installed. I've rebooted my phone. It says User does not have access. What happened?

I keep coming up with an error saying my app is outdated. I don't see an "easy button" to update; I tried uninstalling and reinstalling hoping it would pull the latest version but didn't work. Can't see upcoming movies, so I can't purchase tix to movies via app.

Would rate the app better. But I logged me out after the current update and now when I try to log in. It says my info is wrong. But that same info logs me in on the website.

I only have this app so that I can display my regal reward code. For that I now have a screen cap of the barcode. Otherwise, the app is a themed version of normal searches and click-thru links to fandango. Was going for something worth having on my phone. Would give an extra star of they was a way to disable notifications I the app. Had to block all notifications from the app.

Went out to use the app to buy tickets today (7/18) and for some reason I can't use it on my Galaxy s7 or my Note s2. It says my current version is out if date on both devices. I checked the Play store and I have the current release. This used to be my go-to app for getting Regal movie tickets. Sad face.

The new update screwed everything up. I can't even log in. I've tried changing my password several times. It takes it in the website, but not the app. Grade of F-

App stopped working says at bottom app is out of date but play store does not show upgrade. I even uninstalled and redownloaded still says out of date and doesn't work. Please fix!

Please fix your app. I keep getting the same error message everyone else is getting. I have the latest update. Reply to people and fix the problems. Love the app til a few days ago.

It keeps asking for an update. Google plays says it's up to date. Still can't check times or anything. Re-installed, signed out/in. Nothing...

I used to LOVE this app, until I signed in to buy a ticket and it told me to update my app. I went to the playstore and it gave me the option to open or uninstall.....very frustrated.

This app doesn't recognize my password or card number saying both are incorrect. Can't log on with either, but when I go to change the password, I try putting in my original (which is allegedly incorrect) and it tells me that my new password cannot be my current password. Obviously this app isn't worth having

App keeps not recognizing my password. Can login on desktop but it won't log me in for the app. 5 stars when it gets working again!

Could be great but doesnt seem to share tickets across devices. Bought tickets on tablet. App on phone says no tickets. Reciept is available on phone and reward points are visible. Stupid that tickets are not

This app used to be pretty good. However it no longer works, and the developers have been either too lazy, or incompetent to fix the problem. This app is pretty much dead to me now.

Haven't been able to get into the app, says app needs to be updated but it is updated. Tried to contact the developer and apparently the email was denied or didn't go through.

I'm 100% sure I have the most recent version installed, but I keep seeing messages on the app that says I need to update. Half of the features work. I can't purchase tickets, but at least my points show up. I earned a free popcorn today, but the app wouldn't allow me to redeem.

Really good app. Only thing is if you buy tickets on the website, even when you sign in with your account you can't view it on the app. Hopefully they fix this.

Loved old version. Now keeps telling me that it's out of date. Fix and I'll put back to 4 or 5 stars.
