They have a good layout, but you can only trust them with menial tasks which you are okay with inaccuracy. I have 3-4 months of examples in which the company did not meet my minimum standards or the minimum standards of anyone I associate with.

Fancy Hands is truly a great service and I am grateful they exist. The ability to speak, post or text a task anytime is freaking amazing and liberating. I know if I am putting something off for too many days in a row it is time to have fancy hands make the first move on it just to get some momentum. More integrations would be awesome, But the biggest thing is fix the app! Leaving voice tasks is probably the most useful feature of fancy hands to me. The new app is gorgeous but voice tasks don't work! Plz fix

I've used this service for 3 years, & consider it a crucial business tool. This app is a flawed release candidate. While composing a request, accidentally slipping to the 'back' button below the android keyboard will accordingly return to the dashboard, AND. ALL. TEXT. WILL. BE. LOST. It happened to me twice trying to create a well-thought-out-task; after typing paragraphs. Maddening. It is 2015, & there is no reason for basic usability not to include a Draft/Autosave or Confirm Exit feature.

I can not even scroll through conversations. When swiping to archive it does not register at times and the pap entirely is leggy or slow to respond. Get someone to test the app before releasing! Fancyhands is a great service and this app is a shame.

Largely incompetent assistants with occasional flashes of brilliance. I was a customer for 2 years but recent errors were beyond unacceptable. One client actually thought Fancy Hands assistant was a hoax, they messed it up so well. Another time they sent someone to my house but in the wrong State! Avoid.
