Sorry, have to give a bad rating here. I ordered a customized shirt for my wife only to have received it......the name and jersey number are completely slanted. It looks horrible. Paid way too much for such pathetic quality.

I went to NFL shop to buy a shirt then came to Fanatics and saw the exact same shirt on sale. It seems like they have more sales and more free shipping opportunities than NFL shop, NBA store, or MLB store. Considering you still get officially licensed gear and you get all major leagues in one place, this is a much better way to go.

Love fanatics, hate the update. It won't display my favorite teams and the search function is relatively useless. If I'm in outerwear for Manchester United and do a search I should have the option to just search within that.

This website is crap. The staff will scam you and they all act like their dumb or something. I have a chat history of them lying and they have false and misleading advertising on their website. I had 3 different types of answers from their employees for their shady business practices. Will not use or ever use. Your company should be reported!

Great user friendly app. However I ordered a shirt. Shipping cost almost $8. It's almost the 8th day and I haven't gotten it. The shipping said a maximum of 7 days

My team might not have the best record but this site always makes them look like a winner with the huge selection to choose from.

How can you not have a place to favorite items? Some items I like I might want to buy later... Ridiculous.

Size description when opened will stretch out the screen and never stop. It won't allow you to view the text.

App itself is nice, customer service of the retailer is terrible.

I can't even get the app to open. Fanatics has a near internet monopoly so they don't feel any obligation to try anymore I guess.

JUST DOWNLOADED THIS AND WON'T EVEN OPEN I LOVE MY TEAMS AND WOULD PROBABLY HAVE LIKED IT IF HAD WORKED IF NOT FIXED IN 24HRS DELETING AND WILL JUST USE TEAM SITES
