يُعد الإقناع من مهارات التواصل الأساسية للنجاح في الحياة. الأشخاص المُقنعون يتمتعون بقدرة فريدة في استمالة قلوب الآخرين نحو طريقة تفكيرهم. سلاحهم السري هو “الإعجاب”، فكلما أُعجبت بهم أكثر كلما زادت رغبتك في الاستماع لأفكارهم و قبولها، بل و حتى تأييدها.
مخاطبة العقول والقلوب فن لا يجيده إلا من يمتلك أدواته، وإذا اجتمعت مع مناسبة الظرف الزماني والمكاني أثرت تأثيراً بالغاً، ووصلت الفكرة بسرعة البرق. وهكذا كانت طريقة القرآن في تلمس حاجات الوجدان وأيضاً من عوامل نجاح الأنبياء - عليهم الصلاة والسلام- في إقناع الناس برسالتهم، وما عليك إلا أن تتأمل في أحاديث الرسول- صلى الله عليه وسلم- لتستلهم منها كنوزاً في فقه الدعوة، يقول ابن مسعود -رضي الله عنه-: "ما أنت بمحدث قوماً حديثاً لا تبلغه عقولهم إلا كان لبعضهم فتنة". ووصولاً إلى تحقيق الهدف من الدعوة فإن مما تحسن العناية الشديدة به نشر ثقافة الإقناع وفنون الحوار وفن الاستماع وتقمص شخصية الآخر في محاولة لفهم دوافع موقفه.. وهذه لا يعني بطبيعة الحال الدخول في أي حوار وطرح القضايا الشرعية للاستفتاء العام؛ لإن هذا يدل على شخصية ضعيفة وانهزام أمام ضغط الواقع.
