This app needs to be improved by having a wish list, saved list, or recently searched list to make me happy. I would like all those lists. The filter selection it should allow me to choose multiple options for example i can only choose ONE size, ONE color, ONE brand, if i am buying for my family i have to go back and search each individual brand lets just say for me, it too much work. I will download FF app again when you improve until then byee

I like that I can see how many points I have, but I go online to shop for shoes because the app is slow when scrolling. Please fix

App freezes when your looking at a product. Have to use the website.

Same issue as the others. This app is NOT user friendly. I tried to click on a shoe and it just keeps looping me to ALL of the shoes by that designer. I can't add anything to my cart. This app is a joke. Don't waste your time.

Ok, so this is my problem: not only does the website suck, your app does too. I downloaded your app because i could not get anywhere on your website. And by that I mean, every time I selected a shoe, didn't matter what gender or size, I couldn't change the size, add to cart, not even scroll through the photographs of your footwear. So that brought me to your app, and all I got was the same damn thing. Understand I'm not one to give bad reviews, but famous, you deserved it.

Seems a little bit like a scam, idk.....Recieved ad with my purchase to get free $5.00 worth of points for downloading app. It won't recognize my card that already has points on it bc I was issued a new # and,the $5.00 doesn't even show up on the new number!

I just spent 40 minutes trying to access my coupon. The app will not accept my password even though I can sign on through my computer with no problem. Tried the password reset and it took 15 minutes for the email to arrive. Still no luck. Finally gave up. Had an order worth over $100 in my cart which I ended up cancelling. Great job Famous Footwear!

I'm very disappointed with the app right now. I am able to search and shop but it won't allow me to select a size! It's very frustrating.

Worst app ever. Tried to sign-in with the app and says error the whole time. I deleted the app and still nothing. But will allow me to sign in with the internt.

Every time I try to sign into this app, I get an unexpected error has occurred please try again. Should probably try getting this fixed, considering I am not the only one who has had this problem based on other reviews.

I downloaded this app because I LOVE the stores. But this app is so slow it's frustrating! You can't look at anything because it takes so long to scroll down. Please fix the issue with how slow the app is. I need shoes from yall!! Lmao

Points not updated and cant access rewards or certificates. Mobil version not any better than app. either. Sooo slow, laggs, takes forever to check out . 12/20/16 Still sucks! You should not have to uninstall and reinstall for every use! Fix the lagging!

Pretty slow to navigate. Works for me because I was just looking at shoes I'm interested. Plenty of filters for searching. Very slow to scroll if you're looking at a lot of shoes so use filters.

I have been trying to download app and it's not working at all. I call a famous footwear store near me and they recommended and I honestly can say it's a joke!!! A waist of my time!!

I have reinstalled the app 2 times and still get an error message of unexpected error when I enter in my password. I have also rest my password so I know I'm entering the correct info.

Need to fix the add to shipping cart. App gets stuck while trying to add to shopping cart and when you fresh it will add to cart but not able to add any other items to cart. I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to add a new item HELP PLEASE FIX!

This app is just as bad as trying to surf the site thru your mobile phone. It never let's me select the size of shoe I want it and you can not view different angles of the shoe. It definitely needs a lot of improvements. Best bet is to use a laptop to buy anything online.

Can't select a size and when you can they still send you the wrong size.

I tried to log in with my rewards number, and it gave me a new one resetting all of my points. It wouldn't recognize the rewards number that was clearly printed and highlighted on my receipt.

Have points and coupons. Tried to use them today and the app keeps logging me out and saying network connection error. Then it will say for me to log back in and does the same thing over again. Even the manager at the store was confused. Of course her computer at the store was giving her problems... so maybe it's a trend.

This app is very useful for keeping track of points and purchases. Everything works in it for me BUT for some reason I can't select sizes. I was shopping around for rainboots, saw some that I liked and tried to add a size 7 to my cart but it just kept staying on size 6... all the other buttons work on the app. Idk I will wait maybe a couple days and try again cause I'd really like to use the coupon I got for signing up and get those rainboots :/

Browsing and searching hang, take too long. Scrolling lags! Went to check out, entered promo, payment info... then it tells me the item is out of stock! Waste of time!

I get coupons sent directly from this app. It tells me how many points I have. And I order my family shoes right from this app.

Alot of problems with sketchers memory foam. Great shoes but the foam doesn't last long. Which leaves you having to replace them, often. This is the 2nd pair bought. What is it with that? Second pair bought a month ago. I shouldn't have to replace shoes that often.
