This app will not open on my daughter's Samsung device. We tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it still does not work. The app icon appears on thr home page after it downloads, but when it is pressed a white screen opens, but closes seconds later.

Well i downloaded and then re downloaded because the app wont open on my S3 mini :( dissapoiniting as wont work on kindle either as unable to get it on kindle. Ffs. So now what? Get a new phone just for this app? So the door in the end will cost just over £100 to get using!!
