Not usable. Guess sign on says no 3G or WiFi but I'm using 3G now. Intend to use it to report a found trolley actually.

Ordered something for the first time and the delivery guy was more than 6 hours late. There was no one I could call on a Sunday and their email listed in their SMS doesn't even work.

App always hangs or resets. Promo codes don't ever work - false marketing?

First time try..product available online quite limited choice..

Same day delivery would be very helpfull..

I have ordered more than $100 but always end up less due qty not updated on one particular item, repeatedly. Keep asking for delivery address then hit error for hvg too many address on record. Difficult to navigate & go back to previous pages.

Obviously no one on the other end listening. App crashes have been reported since last year and is still crashing! Wth NTUC?

App is not stable enough when shop for too long will become lagged and app auto shut out

It keeps shutting down on it's own... 5times consecutively and I even try reinstalling the app.

App lagged, auto shut down, need to log in again and again everytime it shut.

Why keeps crashing since long long ago..plus show improvement

just install and keep crashing with 5-6 click on samsung note 3

Good selection of food to be fair but sort out your app please. It's frustrating trying to browse or even complete your shopping with the app constantly crashing and there is no option to remember user name. I've had to log in more than 10 times because of the crash.

Being forced closed from the app while browsing the products. Very annoying to have it closed and need to restart all the browsing again. Pls do something with it, to make it more easier for your customers. Tq.

The app is user friendly and I like it - EXCEPT that it crashes every five minutes and I have to reopen again. Please sort out this bug, it's very irritating and detracts from an otherwise good app.

A bit lagging. Auto closed a few times, and lucky was all items selected remained in the cart. Administrator has to improve on it.

Wasting time Lousy apps always force close and always not able to get connection. Uninstall.

Not the best selection in store but it certainly makes weekly shopping more convenient. Thank you!

This app is much better and faster than the online website. I have almost shifted completely to buying from redmart. Now I may use this app instead.
