Do not like the new update. Every time I login into my account I have to go through the security questions because even though I click remember this device it doesnt remember. Starting to get really annoyed by this fact that I can't long in until I do the questions all the time.

Worked for a few days and then quit.

It won't let me do anything but look at my balance. It's really irritating!!

New update tells me every time there is a problem and won't let me do anything with my account

Depositing checks by photo would be a nice addition along with joining the bigger banks to use android pay! Why is it still unavailable? Over all a decent app tho

Needs an option to deposit checks by photo. Also, when I go to draft options, it takes me to a 404 not found

The app itself works fine for me, I can sign in and access my account. I can finally sign out without getting an error (thank you devs). The only drawback I see is that there's no way to close the app (I have to pull it up in my open apps and close it that way).

If ur going to have security questions, ask the same questions I answered, don't recognize these questions would be ok if there was another option other than you must have the wrong account, no I didn't have a named stuffed animal as a kid so it's the wrong question one I never answered, morons! Can't even get signed into the app it's useless

Worst app ever! The app never loads. And if u get it to the sign in screen it doesn't load after that. Will be uninstalling app. And switching banks

Update: This app has began crashing daily. Every time I open it there is now a totally expected "unexpected error." The bank might as well publish a simple internet browser that opens to the mobile banking website as the home page. This app makes a haphazard attempt to integrate the online banking into a mobile app but it completely over complicates the essence of a mobile app. The entire point should be EASE OF USE! A mobile app is pointless if you can access the same content in your phone's browser. Fixit

Find this app very easy to use. No problems with transfers, viewing statements, checking balance.

Wouldn't load from the very beginning

Doesnt work with samsung galaxy anymore.

I STILL keep getting a cache error and relogin every 3 seconds. Is there any possible way to use the old mobile app instead of this one? This app constantly crashes, and it saves form data. I do not like the fact that the app is saving records of the amount of my transfers. Furthermore, the form data auto-fill box blocks the field below it. This makes it very problematic when trying to list a reason for the transfer. Lastly, the app generates errors every time I exit it via the back button on my phone.

The old app was perfectly fine. It was faster to log in and simpler to use.

The App stalls when I launch it....every time. I am going to uninstall and reinstall it and see if that fixes the issue. I would like to see an option for the app to remember my username when I launch the app so I would only have to enter my password. I like how the new app resembles the online banking screen.

The old app was perfect. The new app rarely works and kicks me off before I can do any banking. I keep getting a cache error and relogin every 3 seconds. The app is useless without a completely stable network connection. If you swap wifi, 4G, or 3G connections mid use, the app disconnects you and prompts login all over again. Please keep the old app as this one is full of bugs and has many useless capabilities. All I need is balance inquiry and transfer abilities. Trash this horrible app.

I like that I can use my online banking credentials so I don't have to remember two logins and two passwords. I also like I can see my savings goals from my Fairmont FCU online banking.
