I received an email saying I needed to update my profile. After logging into the app, when I choose my profile from the drop down menu it does try to load it. I can see it grayed out while it is trying, then it switches screens to a general home screen with options like fine a hotel, check offers, etc. Please fix

Complete waste of time, user ID does not work, request for username retrieval does not work even when all correct info is entered. Good luck getting more bookings with this app.

Login takes ages, and sometimes doesn't seem to get anywhere. I often just give up and go to the fpc website instead.
