The Bluetooth permission is required for auto-check in via bluetooth when you are at the inspection. Alternatively, you can check in via QR code if you prefer to maintain your bluetooth off.

Pretty good but i agree with other reviews. If i look at a property and dont want to pursue it i would like it not to show up again on the map as a 'unseen property' ie a green dot. Perhaps there should be an exclude list like the shortlist so you can mark properties you dont want to look at.

Clunky moving between screens needs work to be dynamic. Accuracy of house price estimates are severely inaccurate and lag behind other property apps. Too much post listing and post sale data and not enough pre-sale information. House price guides not updated nearly often enough to be truly useful.

I don't know who your Facebook page admin is but he/she just blocked me from commenting on any posts. What I've been doing is posting a link to the Goulburn Australia - Visit Goulburn page in an attempt to get people thinking about investing in property in Goulburn (NSW). Works wonderfully. I would certainly recommend using the app as this is certainly better than other apps meant for property search. This app not only shows you the location of the property, it also can suggest you the distance between two places for eg, work to home, home to say a shopping center. Also suggests the schools in the proximity

IToo many houses are 'contact agent' for pricing. Searching by price range is very important but the majority currently in my search are way outside my budget because they just say 'contact agent'. Surely they can give a fairly accurate price range...
