ICE - In Case of Emergency is an application that can save you in case you have an unexpected situation. It will automatically update all your trusted contacts with your current position. Guess what? You don't need an Internet for this application as well!
How to secure yourself?
Step 1: Create an emergency message that will be sent automatically to all your trust-worthy contacts.
Step 2: Create or add existing contacts to your trusted contacts list by going to "Contacts" screen.
Step 3: Select when to send SMS. Either you can launch the app and click on the Send SMS button or you can simply select whenever this application's icon is clicked, SMS will be immediately sent to all your trusted contacts within no time.

Lots of ads, some of which cannot be dismissed. Importing from contacts didn't work. Appears to do little more than send pre-typed SMS. Not sure an entire app is needed to achieve this.
