About Split Fitness
The most simple way to log your workouts. Designed for people who need to get in and out of the gym as quickly as possible while sticking to their exercise routines.
How to use:
1. Tap on the "Plan" section of the app to enter the exercises you do for each day. You can save entered exercises and import previously saved exercises here.
2. When you go to the gym, open the app and tap the "Workout" button on the home screen. The exercises you have planned for that day will appear on the screen.
3. Log new data. Simply add/edit/delete data, including notes, for each exercise easily by touching the specific exercise name. You can also set a timer, which will alert you when your rest time is done. Supported units: kg, lbs, miles, km, ft, yd.
4. Swiping right from the "Workout" screen allows you to see how much you lifted/how long you did cardio the last time you logged data for that exercise. You can also view any notes you have previously saved for specific sets here.
This app has been created so you can have complete control over the planning and logging of your workouts and therefore there are no preloaded examples of workouts/exercises.
**Please ensure that you use consistent spelling when naming exercises. For example, if you enter "Bench Press" in your plan, ensure that any other planning of "Bench Press" is spelt the same (e.g. NOT "BenchPress", "Benchpress", "bench press"…) as this will ensure the previous data associated with "Bench Press" will appear correctly.
