I am disabled and have 2 kiddos to shop for besides myself. Due to my health, it is way better for me to shop on line. FC is one of my ALL TIME FAVES, so I was EXTREMELY EXCITED to find this app. I had problems opening the app first off, I have a GALAXY NOTE 5. Secondly and the BIGGEST reason I gave up and deleted the app was because I CANNOT shop. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Im a assistant manager in factory connection in Bainbridge GA. This app is great for seeing our new clothes, what sales we have going on, and of course who doesn't love the coupons. When you download the app you will also get a 25 present coupon.

I installed the app, but each time I try to open it a window pops up saying unfortunately Factory Connection stopped working, and it closes. Please help. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini. Is the app compatible with my phone? Still no help, so I removed the app from my phone. I'd love to reinstall it if it is fixed.

Doesn't really post coupons. It's interface is extremely clunky. This app is definitely not up to par with other retailer apps.
