Nothing loads i get no notifications anymore unless i get online i don't even know when someone messages me on messager everything is slow and my news feed is from days ago. And also when i post a status it always says i posted a min ago which that isn't true either. Please fix it it's very annoying

Facebook is not capable of supporting its product or customers! This is one of the reasons it is quickly losing ground with the other social media platforms. Great when it works but if you have an issue you will not get assistance from Facebook as you are on your own and that is not acceptable for business productivity. Very disappointing!

Completely random, no organization. Does whatever IT wants to do with no regard to what YOU want it to do. Refreshes unexpectedly at random times and takes you far from where you were. Ads are not relevant to my interests. Suggestions of pages and groups of no interest to me. Facebook is about Facebook and not its users. Necessary evil but only somewhat necessary.

Could you please fix an issue with Marketplace? I'm in QLD Australia but when i post something for sale it automatically chooses my location as Differdange Luxembourg! Edit the location but no change! Have to go back to the stone ages and advertise via laptop! Thanks!

Since the last update, it keeps telling me I have no internet connection. I can't even sign on to Facebook anymore. I am uninstalling. Maybe it will work this afternoon. I am extremely disappointed.

Every time I come back from a link it goes to the top of the news feed. STOP THAT! Often I want to share something I just read, but too bad, you think I need to be at the top of the feed and that link is now gone forever thanks to your algorithm that "knows" what I want to see. Give me a feed of most recent that doesn't jump back to the top when I least expect it!

Every update brings a whole new wave of limitations. The joke is getting Zucced, sometimes it feels like it's not a joke. The app is horrible, everything defaults to "Top rates comments", thousands of comments and I can only see one to five of them, sometimes non. For every post, you have to go on a PC and change the default comment views. Every post! There is no setting for all posts. It made the app not fun anymore and feels so desolate. No one helps at Facebook, and non of the community managers offer any help. The most obnoxious bastards anyone can deal with. Needs a fix badly!

I can keep in touch with so many family membets that I was unable to before I signed up for FB. I feel connected even though we are spread acrossed 5 states. Which before FB that wasnt possible I now can see my grand children grow and I just became a great grand mother I would never of been able to be in any of there lives with out FB. For me its been a great life line thank U

Seriously get it together you've been active for how many years? You update AT LEAST THE MOST OUT OF ANY APPLICATION yet you are still the most buggy/laggy application out. You guys have a team like Google but can't figure out how to make your own app work. How about hire a bunch of monkeys maybe they'll do a better job for a bunch of bananas

I just updated the app and I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Ever since the update it tells me either my session has expired or that it can't authenticate my information and logs me out. NEVER HAVE I HAD THIS ISSUE!! STOP BREAKING WHAT WORKS JUST FINE!!!

I can't no longer search for anything in groups!! And let's not even mention the fact that you discontinued the Groups App, so how am I supposed to do that now? With each update this gets worse and worse

It's 2018 and the mobile app still doesn't have the same capabilities of when I sit at Facebook at my desktop PC. I can't tag groups that I follow and want to share with friends. When I'm sitting at the PC, suggestions for tags always pop up. Appearing to be anti-activism, the mobile app is hamstringing the American public at a crucial time in history. Facebook will be remembered as bootlickers.

Awful, again. Newsfeed stays the same, even after I've manually refreshed it time and time again. Notifications is a complete joke. Even after having to change settings manually for each individual page? What on earth is that all about? Why are you making things more complicated? It should be the other way round! Lots of pages aren't showing up because of the stupid algorithms. The site is completely ruined.

I really hate that there is no way to disable the Active Now feature like there is in Messenger. If I'm on Facebook, I will show up as active 1 min ago, no matter how strictly I set my privacy settings. This is frustrating when there are people that you would prefer weren't aware that you were online. I actually find myself deliberately not using Facebook, as a way to remain inactive. If your goal is to increase user engagement, you are failing in this area

I do not use this much except to chat with my family and friends. I don't have many people on my list so facebook keeps bugging me about it. Just last night now, they blocked me asking for a picture for security reasons to prove that it is me and my account? How am I suppose to know if it is them or a hacker since they will not let me get in touch with them?

Since the last update, the app is slow to load, doesn't load at all, freezes and self closes. More aggravating than interesting. Really just a pain to try to use right now.

The newest update is just terrible. Most of the time it doesn't load comments and doesn't allow me to search for people, pages or groups. As soon as this is fixed I'll change my rating but for now it's barely worth the 2 stars

Stop updating this app damn it, always keep my storage fulls, even i change the option "auto update using wifi" to "only update when ask permission" but still it automatically update by it own. Fcuk this apps killing my phone storage

after the recent update all of sudden I not able to log in every time I login it says no. Internet connection I have done reset reinstalling and updating nothing works i am wondering how many people post issues and still it got 4.1 rating.

Laggy, Keep crashing, takes time to open. For android oreo. (Facebook isn't responding) evrytime i open this app I see this pop up.

Another terrible update. The app is still very slow loading. I logged out to see if that would help and now it won't let me log back in. Fix this garbage!

Never NEVER loads pictures on news feed and hangs everywhere. Edit: Now it doesn't load videos. This on a brand new HTC. I tried all I could think of, 3rd party apps are the option now. And I work in IT. This is absurd. Come on FB....

New update locked me out of my account. Was emailed the code to reset the password, clicked the link and somehow "You've entered too many codes" I DIDN'T ENTER A SINGLE CODE!

After the latest update today, I unable to log into Facebook app. Even after I open n close the app, it still on the loading page n won't let me check my Facebook. Pls fix this!!!

Worst app, updates every day but nothing improves. You better hire qualified persons to keep this app smooth runing. Then you not need to provide dozens of updates.

This fb sucks everytime I login I gotta confirm my identity and then they shut my account down just to look at a picture they have did 3 of my accounts like this this is ridiculous

I have a problem when I view my friends story. The first problem is that the story cannot be played and the sec problem is that the story is blank/black but I can hear the sound. I hope this can be improve :)

Every time I try to comment or post a picture it restarts the whole app and then I click on the app again and I have to restart my phone for it to work again I've been trying to contact facebook twice but they havent responded

Brew update on the Samsung S6 freezes and doesn't load and video as that too freezes on opening it. Have to close facebook the reopen it and it finally loads back after waiting on the loading screen for up to a minute

Why the hell this app become built-in app for Samsung J5? This take a lot of internal space and i cant transfer it to sd card now. Very very bad.

I don't like the permissions it needs. I feel as if there is too many advertisements and they sell my info to 3rd party companies that target my history. I disabled air update yet for some reason messenger and facebook still update the second I log onto Wi-Fi.

It is stuck on the same newsfeed as it was a day ago. No amount of syncing or scrolling changes anything. Stop trying to fix what isn't broken!

From all the other reviews I was very hesitant to update, I did, biggest mistake, either they fix it, AND SOON, or I'm gonna dump facebook and close my account and delete the app all together.....Myspace jyst might make a comeback yet.

App kept causing my S6 to crash. Then it allowed facebook to access my photos and decide for me whats good and not good to post. Youre not getting that much control.Sorry facebook.

I like this app but this apps AD suddenly appears so i have a lot of trouble to work this ADs. The ADs also start between call.

Search function on groups is gone. I sign up for groups for information reasons. Now it is impossible to search for the information I want when I want to use it. This must be an error. No reason for most groups without search function. S

Go to a post say watch a video then hit back button and it scrolled to top... Twitter has way much better UX, learn from them

In the latest updates, when i see a post on a group i find troubles see the rest of post when i click on " continue reading" also I can't open the group by clicking on the group name, please solve it
