Fabasoft Folio Worklist

Easily carry out your workflow activities of Fabasoft Folio directly on your Android smartphone and tablet.

The Fabasoft Folio Worklist app gives you access to the activities in your work list via your Android device. Tap once to see the document preview of the object related to your process and execute work items of the current activity. Moreover, the app displays completed activities in the tracking list.

The Fabasoft Folio Worklist app lets you:

- Quickly and easily access your work list, including your tracking list in Fabasoft Folio.

- Sort the different lists on your work list by date, activity type or object, in ascending or descending order.

- View documents in preview mode directly in the app.

- Execute work items such as “Approving” or “Releasing” documents and other objects. The next work item to execute is displayed directly in the action pane. The remaining work items can be selected easily from the popup menu.

- Open documents with the work item “Open” using appropriate apps (e.g. with Microsoft Word).

- Authentication via the following methods: user name/password (basic authentication) or client certificates. The Fabasoft Folio Worklist app will utilize the certificates stored in the keystore of your device. If your Fabasoft Folio installation has enabled authentication via client certificates, you must install your personal client certificate on your device.

Please note: To use the Fabasoft Folio Worklist app, you will need at least Fabasoft Folio 2015 (Version 15.0.3). Moreover your processes have to be prepared so that they can be used in the Fabasoft Folio Worklist app.

Fabasoft Folio encompasses the creation, organization and storage of business documents, as well as the informal and structured collaboration within your company.

For viewing and editing documents you may use the following third-party apps:
- TXT: OI Notepad, Jota-Editor
- DOC: Microsoft Word
- XLS: Microsoft Excel
- PDF: Adobe Reader
- HTML: Android HTML viewer
- JPEG, PNG, GIF: Integrated image viewer
