Extremely late delivery. Customer service horrendous. No one answers calls

Hate this app, the quality of clothing shown in pictures eventually turns out to be mediocre and they don't provide a pick up facility on returns after you have returned once.

App' s not good. Stops working every single time of browsing. Also, prices are also too high.

I had rs. 2655 store credits.I placed an order which deducted my store credits and was still not placed.So now it is showing payment failed, order not placed, and zero credits.very slow and pathetic CUSTOMER care

Received my order today. Delivery was on time. Love the dresses. Material was up to the mark. Amazing collection of traditional wear. I am definitely going to shop again.

The returns are really difficult. The quality of cloth is really bad.

Worst experience ever. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from here. I have no update or refund anout the dress i requeated for a return. The dress was picked well on time but no updates post that. Big NO NO to you guys

Pathetic customer care.the email id given is invalid.customercsre not picking up. My item is picked but no Update of it anywhere nor any communication brother through sms nor email..kindly someone help me on on contacting them.. I am at the end suffering a loss of 3200 rupees..

WORST SHOPPING APP EVER..! Pathetic quality of garments.. Have tried to contact for returning the order for around 5 times but no reply. Even after accepting return request have taken my order back but no reply regarding refund of money till now..! Are you going to refund my money back or not..! Learn something from Jabong and Myntra regarding quality , delivery , return and refund policies..!

My order no is 231820. I ordered a dress on 24 July 2017 and I haven't got any details about it. The customer care number is invalid. I feel like i have been cheated on. If I still do not get my dress in a few days I am definitely taking a legal action against you people.

Worst shopping app ever. It takes 10 days to get refund for a failed payment. Pathetic services. Costumer care services too are of no-use. Once you place an order your money stuck. I am unable to get my refund since 5 months. Won't shop ever.

It's a fake site they haven't returned my money after return pick up. No email no msg I have dropped a email 3 days back after one week of pickup still no reply about refund

Customer care service sucks or I should say it doesn't exist. I made a mistake of making payment online and then no ones bothered to deliver the product.

I had really bad experience regarding one exchange of order.they didnt mention that exchange policy is that i have to return my product and they will initiate thecexchange after they receive the product.still my exchange is not done..i am really dissapointed and i will not order again.

Delivery was too early within three days. I m very happy. My dress fitting is too good. I m very satisfy. Fabric also nice nd comfort...Collection of dress r very nice nd unique... I will visit again soon..

The app doesn't work properly. When even trying to view a product it doesn't load which happens in most of the cases. Please fix.

Horrible customer care, no 1 answers the calls. Do you even have a valid customer care number? The app is not even showing the tentative date of delivery! Please refund the amount back if my order is not going to be delivered!

Such a pathetic app to shop. The prices are so high and the quality of material received is such a garbage. The description says it's viscose material, but the one I received is plain cotton whose quality is low. I suggest not to buy anything from Faballey.

The prices are so high and the products received are like shit. Moreover after you return a product the credits are stored in their app and u try and place another order with those credits, then u cant. They will also not answer you call. Such pathetic service

Delivery is not at all reliable. I can't track m order on app. Customer support only hints that I may not be able to receive my order in promised time as they have bulk of orders at this time. M struggling to collect my order.
