Very informational and educational as well....it just so happens...I have found this app at a perfect time in my life..MEANING...things have not been good at all for me lately...& when depression and any sort of nagative thought or feeling is entertained in any way by ME.....then the longer they stick around...and become stronger & more powerful..so AGAIN this app has truly been a blessing... some would say..."everything happens for a reason" :) I do believe so...:)
