Fab - Online Shopping App

Pitiful. It's not much different from viewing their website online--if the app doesn't crash first! It crashed multiple times. I downloaded it to get their "APPY15" promo, but no matter what I put in my cart, it said nothing qualified for 15% off! The terms of use for the coupon are hard to find, and only accessible from the web, not the app. They lost out on a nearly $200 sale. They might lose me as a customer for good, due to the wasted time.

This isn't even close to the actual site. No shoes, no sportswear, no clothes. Lame don't waste your time

I cancelled my service but they still took my money off my card I want it back on my card I just don't like fan sorry

I love it because I was able to find my adopted mom a pair of boots in her size plus my hobo bag at a good price.

I love browsing your app. The products are so unique and beautiful. The last several days every time I try to load the app. Nothing comes up but the Fab logo the 3 lines in the corner to filter and 3 magnify glass icons in the middle of the page. It will let me choose filters but no products ever load. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling still nothing. Please fix.

Appears to be just a wrapper for the web site. Filtering is glitchy and the back button is unresponsive.

UPDATE: Notifications link only to blank search screen. Cannot be fixed. Have to reinstall. Please address! Has been going on several months.... Attractive layout. Sales are, however, poorly organized (no sections, just endless scrolling), but regular, with good discounts. Products are more for urban 50-and-unders. Have to opt for notifications to access some features and sales. Great customer service, though, good packing, and quality products. Just realize they are niche.

Works fine except I can't favorite anything. It asks me to log in and then won't let me type my info in. Tried and re-tried. So I probably wouldn't be able to buy anything through the app anyhow. The only reason I downloaded it was because the website wasn't working! Ugh!

All the main lists do not load images so it's unusable. When you login via Facebook the redirect is screwed but you can eventually get out by hitting back multiple times. ...but images in lists are needed. Seems like the whole layout not configured properly.

love this app however since the last update nothing works, when u get to the home page u can select categories but no images load. same thing when u search for an item. please fix it! would love to go back to browsing this app daily as i used to.

Had Fab installed on my old Samsung Galaxy Note 2. Loved it. Got a new phone, LG G4. Reinstalled Fab, but 3/4 of the app won't load. The top portion of the home page loads. I can select a category to browse, but when I do, I get an error message saying a problem occurred & tap to retry, which doesn't work. I CAN tap on the blank portion of the home page & whatever featured item that's supposed to be there will load, like Russian Roulette. No clue what's changed, but the app has got to go. Uninstalled

I liked fab even they first started. They had amazing deals and prizes and the app seems easier to navigate. Now I go on and get right back off.

I've always enjoyed the flash sales fab posts. I was very excited when they launched their app. Then it just stopped working! The notifications still pop up, but when I open the app, nothing loads. No spinning circle, just a white screen with the fab logo in the corner. I know it's not crashing my system, because I am able to quit and turn it off. I'm hoping an update will come soon.

I ordered last year and was blown away with the packing job and care. Very quick. Really enjoy the items they have for sale that speaks to the quirky fun that life should be. However, the website will not load on my phone at all...no way, no how. So i was forced to get the app and take up space on my phone. I will say that the app works really well so that's the silver lining. I just ordered again and I'm pretty excited for my package to arrive. Cheers-

Cant like anything because you have to be a member and every time i try to sign up or connect it with Facebook the app freezes and starts glitching. Looks awesome wish it worked for me ):

Unable to login. I usually login with Facebook, but the app has a seizure every time I try to login. Can't very well purchase anything if I can't login to my account. I'd like any easier way to access the subcategories of each main category. Right now I have to search for a specific item THEN I get the options to narrow/filter my search. That's really irritating, I hate wading thru the products that are all clumped in the HOME category, for instance.

I just downloaded the app, but when I click on "JEWELRY" and on "PERSONAL" it says "oops something went wrong"...I did it a few times same message. I don't know what is the problem, maybe I'll try it again later! No sure if I have to make an account...I'll have to do that. [Edited: I can't even SIGN UP to make an account!!!! Looks like this app hasn't been updated in months...too bad!!!!]

Not sure why but no images show up, no main page displays. Kind of a huge bug..

I'm not cheap but things on here are a little bit pricey :/

The app worked well for awhile and suddenly stopped. Re-downloaded and everything's great again.

Whenever I tap the push notifications, I'm directed to a blank page. None of the other pages link me to the home page... I can never actually see what the newly curated items are. Please fix

It won't load anything once I open the app. I'm just staring at a blank screen.

Trying to shop on the fab app,which has never been a problem before,but the cart does not show a way to remove items and it is running very slow. Suggest edit:fix the shopping cart in the app

The app doesn't work on htc one m8... Just in time for xmas shopping.

Tons of bugs. Won't let you log in or make a new account.

On your blurb, you should let people know that you only ship within the USA. It would help knowing this vital piece information BEFORE we download this useless app!!

I want to use this app, but it won't allow me to sign in to my account.

Used to use this app for shopping, now since the update the app only loads to the search page. Unless I specifically know what I'm searching for, the app is now useless. Please look into this problem.
