SmartBridge

Does great on wifi not on 3g or 4g. Do the ones who are saying it works on network care to tell the settings they have on smartbridge system? Maybe the rest of us have something wrong? Would love to change my rating to 5 star. I'm not always around wifi.

This will not work on atat network. Had to switch cell phone provider. The cables that come with kit are to thin have to buy other cables to get clear picture. But after all that it works pretty good and is very easy to use

Does not work consistently. Freezes on black screen. Needs serious help please and needs to work on 4G networks. Until then...useless.

This system is a joke, although I am not laughing. The mobile app never works, either on WiFi or 4g. Been trying for over an hour to view my cameras. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still nothing. Spent over $500 on a sixteen channel DVR for this? The system program itself looks like it was developed by some middle school students, and we are not talking about those on the honor roll.

This app works great the first 2 months now works bad. After all the reviews that I've seen they haven't fixed this app

Always locks up an shuts my phone down I have to restart my phone every time I want to view it

App is very slow in begining than quits working after a few weeks

Security is great...this is horrible! Never works when not on my WIFI...even then only works half or less of the time. At least it worked while setting up my cameras. Called tech support, they said its likely a connection speed. What? Seriously? On your end...maybe the connection speed of your servers. My thoughts are this, you got the money from thr initial purchase...why spend money on upgrading things on your end? The person who bought the equipment, which works great, wont take it down and return it due to the hassle. This security system has great potential with a proper product support and reliable remote access. Spending the time and money to fix this issue would most definitely be a step in the right direction on your end, hard to increase sales with inadequate technology. Its frustrating, like I said...the security system is great...but this is just garbage. Do you people even read these reviews or did you just decide to say f-it? The last update was 3 years ago! I just bought this system brand new 2 days ago. Where is the product support people?

This app is GARBAGE !

I have 6 cameras hooked up. I can view them all. I have had problems connecting with 4G, but for the most part I'm happy with this system and app

This app works great when you are on wi-fi, but if you are traveling and on your cell network, you can't see your system...makes it pretty useless

It doesn't work on 4G, I have to go into my settings and manually turn off my 4G and turn on 3G to watch it if I'm away from Wifi. Half the time the Wifi doesn't work. Very poorly made app. I would suggest this app to anybody.

Brand new phone. Newest OS. Powerful processor. What a crock.

Why can I not get my tablet or my note 4 to connect to my system when I'm not at home around my wifi ?

I am able to connect wifi only through ipad but get a "failed" message everytime I try using my Android phone! If you are looking to be able to view your cameras anywhere at anytime, dont buy this camera system.

This is the first time I've ever felt the need to write an app review. I have a Note 5. Never let me remote view. Not even once. One of the top reasons I bought this device. Device works and records as it should but as far as this app... complete garbage. I wish I could scream from the rooftop and let everyone know that if this is the reason they are considering purchasing this device that they should save their money. Taking mine back and will not recommend to anyone. Update this app!!!

This app is absolutely useless! Unless I'm connected to the wi-fi that the system is wired to it will fail connecting. And at that point you might as well look at the system itself. ....time to rethink your developer staff if that's the limit of their capabilities.

Should of bought a better system. It will not connect from android and always showed failed! Terrible

I have to try to connect the camera multiple times to get it to not fail!!

It worked good in the beginning, but now the cameras always fail or wont connect. If they fix the problem I may increase my rating to a 3 or 4 possibly a 5 just for working properly and being a free app.

Terrible app. Won't connect to the cameras, crashes my devices, not user friendly.

Slow doesn't connect. locks up my phone and won't disconnect. I expected much better

This app has a very dated feel to it. I've purchased far cheaper wifi only cameras that had better mobile apps and we're much more reliable in their connection, this app will not connect via mobile network, even with full 4G connectivity and it rarely connects even when using the same wifi network that my dvr is tied to (and I'll add that the dvr is using an ethernet cable)

Too bad this app is so bad. The app for apple works well this is horrible!

Not sure why so many people can't connect, seems rather coincidental they all happen to be of the "non computer" generation, although it was rather amusing reading their comments. Moving forward, I have 5 different devices ( 2 I phones and 3 Droid), none of which presented any problem several others seemed to have. The only downfall I have discovered is the delay in time when viewing from my phone. Should only be mere seconds off from live time, not minutes.

Simple and easy set up

Slow can only watch 2 cams at a time. Will not use 4g network. No instructions
