I use it mostly to top up my cell phone balance, esewa balance and check the balance in my account. It works well. Sometimes, top up service isn't available. I don't know about other services, to be honest.

On SMS. When I try to load some cash on esewa it always says server busy. And I am not able to buy recharge cards NTC it says "ran out of cards". Mbanking was way better.

The app is being forced closed by itself & pop-up prompt as unfortunately, the sunrise smart has stopped. The app is sluggish & laggy in overall performance.I suggest the F1 soft to optimise it for doing banking activities in more proper manner.

I haven't updated to sunrise smart. Still using sunrise mbanking. It looks like after updating the app, it would require internet to run the app. With older version, i can top up my ncell balance without internet. Does the new version still give the feature? I shall update the app and give a genuine rating after I get a reply from you.
