RBB Smart

Don't know about what this bank is all about. I have lost my 10k amount 2 times being here in India. The worst bank in entire Nepal. I suggest people not to open an account in this bank as we lose our money for no reason. My complain in not about the app but is about the bank. RBB sucks.

Problem with sim selection in new version. When I select required sim it can't find it says sim not ready. it detect only sim 1 can't use sim 2. thus useless in my mobile .

I am facing a problem..currently i am using a dual sim android phone.when the messaging is not set to specified sim the app always says SMS couldn't be sent but when messaging is set in specified sim it works !! please fix this dual sim issue .. i cant change the messaging option in the app fix this first otherwise its a nice app.

This is really awesome... Now I don't need to rely on SMS.. I can't be any where I'm the world to use my bank account. This is really a very smart move

I am really happy using this app. Now, I don't need to go to bank to transfer money to anyone nor to check the bank balance. Mostly, I don't need to go anywhere to buy recharge card. Easy to use. Love this app. But try to make some upgrade.

Suggestion : Please can you guys let the notification (after sucessfull/unsucessfull transaction green /red noticification screen) to stay for litte more time. Or can't you guys add "ok" button to dismiss the screen. Its really important to read what is the notification about .

New version says "you are not authorised to perform from current device, contact bank".

Provide code does not work. Says "you are not authorised to perform this request from this device."

this is very good apps but a little changing is required. if the device will going change than we have reset our device to the bank for login so u have please change this features in this apps through O.T.P. at regd. mobile number to active any new device.

Gives "sorry you are not authorized to perform request from current device" message as device change but with correct username n password and correct sim selection

Can't login. "You are not authorized to perform request from current device". How about adding an option to remove this device as authorized device or verify from first device registered when trying to login on second device?

Apps need device reset option. It displays problem when we replace old sim with the same sim but new one.

From few days its always says "you are unable to perform request from current device, please contact bank."

While uploading photos in Rbb mobile banking profile (GPRS) .Mobile automatically get restart so please do something fast.i hope your positive response soon

Sometimes it doesnt work.it respons that you are not registered so improove it guys.

yo app atti nai ramro rw sajilo pani chha tara yedi ek choti yo app unstal bhai sake si fari download garda bank mai janu parne fari suchaaru garna ... yo problem malai martrai hoh ki saapai lai hoh ..any way this is the best apps ... jay nepal rastra bank

some times problem when we have 2 sim card on mobile plz fix it.

I have transfer my rs 300. From rbb to prabhu bank but it hasnot been transfered into prabhu bank but the money is deducted from my rbb account who.should be responsible

Please fix it Message पठाउदा सोझै send हुन्छ । कृपया sim1 or sim2 सोधेर मात्र sms जाने बनाउनु पर्यो। like a esewa & citizens app

For fund transfer the list of bank is limited there is not nibl nor Siddhartha which I think should also b added on the list of fund transfer...
