CIT Mobile App

F1soft should retire from making stupid apps, it kills our time and hope expecting it to work! 15 sms sent not a single command responded!

Completely useless..... First, one cannot register, says number already used even when registering first time. And even after registering via CIT office, cannot login to app. "couldn't connect to server".

Keeps saying 'Couldnt contact to server. Please try again later' every time I try to log in. Please fix this.

D worst app I have ever used. Even d operator don't know how it works

After sending the registration details registration confirmation msg came but I didn't get any pin or place to fill the pin. When I tried again it was just sending the number is already registered and was of no help. I hope I will get the quick response for this msg

Always have error msg ' could not connect to server' . even if it works the transaction details page does not have date on it.

Simply the worst. Could not get pin number. So many user have erme problem but answer is feel free to contact. Without registration there is no use of this app. Second issue is security. If user can get pin number just providing information asked by this app then anyone can get pin number of other people. Who design this app? This display careless, low standard development process.

Most of the government websites have been infected with either malwares or been hacked. Need to make all our websites secured asap.

if it takes time to send PinNo. then inform us when PinNo. will deliver. 20 days before I have registered in this app but no response till date.

Whenever request for balance says server is busy. Hence, Deduction of mobile balance which is worthless.

App is good but statement we get is outdated than web. Still needs improvement. App are expected to provide current datas as well.

Doesn't have prompt responsiveness to it's users by sending sms. It's better to check our balance online rather using this app.
