Delay in linking to waze. Hot spot cannot zoom in after the latest update. When switching back to grab app from waze, the job is taking so long to appear back..

Credit finish no show made me wait to long then notice. Made me miss all the important insentive . Map hard to link. Really worse than the order version. Nice to see only not nice to use

What is happening to grab. Teksi system, why implement such a lousy procedure. The customer will have to wait more longer than last time with this setting. This is only for grab car not teksi. We are very disappointed with the grab team come out of this idea. Lousy idea.

Grab is try so hard to grab all people using this apps as investor wanna see the performance of this business. So grab have to do so much PROMO (free ride,discount rm5,rm6,rm10 etc.) on this year. But trust me after this all done no one will using this worst app as its fare rm1.10/km compare to uber rm0.65/km+rm0.25/min which mean plus minus can be rm0.90/km without traffic more cheaper then grab fare. Even in traffic uber also not so expensive as grab. Grab can stay just now becouse of HARD PROMOTION ONLY.

Can't use waze, only Google maps still working. And yes as mentioned by many, take more clicks to check things which for drivers it becomes a hassel while driving.

Waze solved, but can't turn back to GC apps in background when finish used the waze. Rider info code disappear.

Line not connected after use google maps. Fix it!!.

What is the function of map on the main screen? Should show the credit balance instead otherwise it's a few clicks to check. Should also include busy area % so that easier for us to keep track. To navigate with waze it's another few clicks away and time consuming as we can't be driving and clicking the app.

Problem to link Waze after upgraded new version, when click address it pop up waze but with Send or Go location button on the map screen, if click Go at Waze it bring me to Send location screen, very inconvenient especially when driving.Please revert back to old version.

New version not stable, can't see credit balance, can't see what time u get the job, waze also have problem n passengers name n notes can't see clearly too small.

i need to uturn again and take longer trip wasting fuel n time. hope grab update the system accordingly. tq

The Old version is better. Pls change back. Look this version unsuitable. Pls also stop the flash job when the user/driver is quit from the app. Its disturb the privacy of the driver.

New version, not even stable, not user friendly, and very disturbing. Click on address direct to waze sometimes not even accurate.

Please showing the location as the passenger drop off and the E wallet balance for the apps..

Old version is more better compare to this 5.7.4 version. I want the old version please revert back or update
