Very very bad app. Due payment shows 8351, after making OK it proceeds for payment, and from bank asking to pay Rs. 8801 ?? What a non-sence act. And not acceptable I have stored screen shot of above problem. To show . If anyone interested.

Worse app and airline, non cooperative staff at IGAirport, you will not receive any web checking confirmation email, message nothing. No one receives your landline phone call.

Pathetic Experience with goair. (ate my 3500 rupee via cancelling flight) Don't ever book goair flight and get trapped, they will cancell your booking, and don't respond for refund. Once again beware of goair, better book other flight if expensive.

I am not able to book flight and proceed to payment gateway ,I have been trying this from past 4 days continuously and there is no luck . Whenever I click on proceed for payment and app is loading and comes to the same screen . Please if you are developing such an app then nobody can utilise your 10% discount offer. Indeed good strategy by GoAir!!

This is the worst app that i have ever used. One question- who developed this, and what's the purpose behind developing this app, if we can not book ticket with help of it. Pathetic.

Please take it off app store. You guys need to work on and test it thoroughly. DOB has no field to select year and payment never goes through. Poor show I must say.

Very bad experience. I just want to reserve my seats but there is no mode of payment,if there is the app is not responding, I hope that the Creator will resolve this problem as early as possible.

App can't perform simple tasks like flight running status. It keeps throwing error "session creativity failed". Fail to understand who develops this and which testing team qualified this kind of app..

Never Fell Prey! They will loot you. Simply looting and not responding to your mails when they have swallowed your amount. I booked a flight from Guwahati to Delhi in Defence quota for Rs.3991. I paid the amount, my balance deducted and showed transaction successful but they show payment declined. My ticket is cancelled. I am calling and mailing them for refund but there is no reply. They didn't even mailed me quoting that they will look in this matter. Very bad experience. Me and my more than dozen colleagues who travel from Guwahati to Delhi and back atleast 4times an year are done with GoAir for lifetime. Will never ever use it and tell everyone not to fell prey to these looters.

Very bad service from go air. They delay there flights without any reason.because of go air bad service I miss my next flight. Money lost,time lost, mentally and physically harassment.Go air team Very bad service .

Please get a fresh development team who are serious about final product delivery. mosy important from a customer point of view is the current offers section missing in thr app. If you want to be in market and stay in the standards polished by other competitors please do relase upgrades that are indeed better versions.

Making fool I want to book flight for 13 feb 2018 but apps book automatically 13 April 2018. Not able to change the date. Wast of mony Don't go through GO air

This is the worst app, I am unable to do modifications to my booking as well as book my seat in advance , whenever after selecting the seat when I am choosing the payment options it is showing error ,no payment options is responsible

Downloaded the app to book a flight, am on both WiFi and cellular network and receive an error saying I have no connectivity each time I attempt to book. Other apps and websites are working on my device, I've since deleted this app and am unable to take advantage of discounts now and most book on web, Go Air please fix your broken app

After booking in app there is no update about the ticket. But amount got debited. Useless app. Pathetic experience. Now am left with debit msg from my bank but no ticket from GoAir.

I've given one star because there is no option for "zero star". Very pathetic aap. I have booked a ticket 4 months ago. First it shows Rs 1495 for flight from Lucknow to New Delhi after proceed to pay then it shows 1800 and something. Then too I have booked the ticket and after at the end time I got to know at the airport that my ticket was cancelled 4 months ago and I cannot express my feelings before the public at the airport and still no refund is made from the "Go Air" . It is better to book tickets from indigo, air india and from jet airways even though they are expensive yet they are reliable. DO NOT BOOK ANY TICKETS FROM GO AIR .

Its not about the app but pathetic services from GoAir, topped the list with worst service ever,F97JJQ thats my PNR , flight got cancelled when requested reschedule customer care says its confirmed but can't send confirmation ticket due to technical issues, when called up Goair counter at the airport they said reservation is not there, why should we be stranded on airport for your stupidity and pathetic services

The card scanner feature is a great addition to the app. It is so convenient to use while booking. Very innovative.

I did a booking with Go Air on their website yesterday and the experience is same as the users are mentioning with the App . I made a online payment t of 40k and to my horror the payment got declined from Go Air and the amt got deducted from my credit card . I again had to make same payment to finally get a confirmed reservation. Mind you this is not the first time it's happening with me . Once I tried making the booking with Go Air through telephone and making the payment through IVR the result was same that time my 20k got stuck in limbo . Finally only after spending hours on phone I got my refund . This time I don't know how much more time will it take . My Request to Go Air is that for god sake change /upgrade your payment gateway merchants . How many complains you require to finally wake up .??? Do you really expect that your customers spend hours running around to book a ticket .
