Cameras are great, app is awful. Every time I playback a video, it crashes my central recording system. No streaming video, it doesn't even record on the hard drive for that time. It seems to restart on its own after a few minutes. This is completely unacceptable.

Good effort but lot more to improve. For instance I can only view four cameras and changing camera is not easy. Annoyingly the controls are "in your face" they need to be hidden to give room for more screen. It buffers very often with more misses than hits. On the plus side, it is very easy to set up.

Nothing is better than getting a motion detection and seeing this error when trying to see who is on my property. Functionality is limited and the app is lacking basic functions (changing notification sounds, adjusting motion zones, etc). I'll give the devs more time, but im considering changing to another brand that has the features I would like.

Very easy to set-up. Very nice system. Recommend using email not cell number so you can put app on multiple devices.

The verification no matter how you make sure it's correct it will come out invalid verification. pls fix

Account always ask for a code and every code I type in never works, app always logs me out

It has to be a little more than a nice idea. Can't login with fingerprint.

Need to fixs the playback when u play the video back the system gets offline need to wait like 20 min to log in again

Very easy to use with a few tricky moves. Stops responding quite a bit.

Good software for very decent cameras (Husky Outdoor). The software is pretty basic and it would be nice if they increased the capabilities : 1. Auto-reconnect on connection error (retry 10 times) 2. Fast forward mode when viewing off SD card, similar to how the cloud service works. 3. Ability to adjust brightness/contrast balance of the camera. 4. Ability to set activity zones For those looking to access the video streams on a computer - do so by logging in to the ezviz website using Internet Explorer. It would be nice if other browsers were supported. Here's hoping for quick updates. J

The app is pretty basic, and has just about everything you need. It would be awesome if they could create motion "zones", not just a sensitivity scale. I keep getting a "software exception" on the 2nd time loading the app. I get around it by closing the app, clearing recent app, then opening it again. The cameras, though IP; cannot be connected to through a web interface. The camera's utilize the app exclusively; unless you have ezviz vault.

The cameras work great and the app works PERFECTLY. For people having trouble with the, I suggest reading the installation and setup instructions before you do anything. Then, during set up read each set carefully and take your time. I am able to monitor my cameras on my TV, phone, and tablet.

I purchased this very recently and have to confess that I am not very computer knowledgeable, however, when I have called support they were definitely not very helpful. The best I could get for answers is: "yes, no, no, no and no" to questions. So evidently, you can not access with anything but android. Can not access with Amazon's Kindle Fire,or Dells windows laptop. Can not access all 8 cameras at one time except on the original hard wired hook up. . . UNABLE to access all 8 on any of my android's either.... Again, I am definitely not a computer guru but it would be nice to talk to someone who can say something other than " no, no, no, no and no.". Quality of the pictures are fine for the item I purchased, no problem there on the 720's. I'm sure the clarity would be much better on the 1080's. It did what it said it would do as far as picture quality. Actually wished I had ordered the wireless and will do that as I expand to the other areas I need to cover. Like I said, not bad just needed a guru to help.

I downloaded the app and entered my login details. The screen for verification came but when I entered code it showed error mentioning the text I typed to be incorrect. I refresh the captcha multiple times and entered the codes every time it is showing the same problem. I tried it in another phone, again the same problem.

I don't think I've hated an app as much as I hate this one. I input the correct captcha every time and it never works. Why the heck is there even a captcha to access my cameras? This app is a waste of time. Terrible, I've had it for a year now and I never know when it will work. That's more than enough time to give the developers to get their app functional. Wish I would have known the app was so terrible before buying the cameras which are great BTW. The app is what has been a pain in the rear.

There's nothing that I hate more than bad software and this is a prime example. It connects only when hardwired but not via WiFi. This app seems to need lots of work to bring it up to speed and be simple and easy to get the camera setup. The software has lots of dead ends where it just quits working during setup. Until the software is ready for prime time don't bother with the camera or this terrible app.

Love the picture, night vision is great. Haven't measured how far out, but can definitely see about 40' out at night. Would like to see a fast fwd feature in the app, in various speeds. Watching playback in real time is excruciating.

App is almost worthless. If you get a motion detection and try to play it back it gives an error and kicks all the cameras offline. I have to plug and unplug the actual unit to get it to work again

Unable to get past captcha entry. Update: As of 2/28 Captcha input seems to be removed so I'm now able to access my cam again via this app.

i used to be able to just log in but now i'm getting this error that the verification code is incorrect even though i entered what's in the image.tried it a million times.refreshed the code, typed the new, got the same annoying incorrect verification code.please check Your app code.it's YOUR code that's definitely not working.haven't encountered this stupid error while using other cctv apps.i would have given this no star at all but no option for that.fix Your code!

1)It often show offline when internet us on and also connected. 2) it often show error when recording previous days recording on mobile

I have contacted tech support multiple times. The app crashes constantly. It's literally becoming a joke. Since the app promised when your camera's were purchased doesn't work...You can buy my camera's back. Literally a joke.

I couldn't keep the power to stay on using the power adapter cord and power uni supplied. The minute I moved the camera, I lost power and lost the internet connection. Poor connectors.

If you're having your having trouble connecting and you have a dual band router, make sure you use different passwords for each band. Make sure your phone is on the 2.4 band when you set up the camera. Phone support is VERY fast, we worked out the issue in under 5 minutes!

Why isn't there the option to fast forward or rewind? You can click but you can't regularly fast forward. The app is ok except not being able to fast forward or rewind.

After update it gives me a code to enter but every time I enter it.it takes me back to the log in.screen and tells me my details entered where wrong.
