While the app is in English, it seems like all the ezrebate offers are all in Chinese (which I can't read). Forced to pick an option that's written in a language I can't understand just to make a reservation. Too much trouble. This app is definitely very hard to use unless you can read Chinese

The only way to filter cuisines is through the map (and it's a very incomplete list of cuisines). Also, the search function should let you limit by city or even country. I do not care about search results 2000km away in a different country.

Booked a steak place using the app and received email saying I made reservation successfully, then called the place to make sure. They told me that there's no info of my reservation on eztable. Ridiculous! Never trust this app again!

Demands for credit card at setup time is quite turn off. This could be done at first restaurant reservation, at least let's use take a quick glance at what you're to offers.

I don't feel safe to enter such information. And there should be options for us to choose whether or not to enter the info. As it is compulsory, I have no choice but uninstalled the app. A pity that I haven't even tried it out!
