1. Apparaten toevoegen:
a. Verbind je online Media Markt account met EzSupport
b. Scan de EAN barcode op je product of de verpakking
c. Zoek handmatig: voer in (1) merk, (2) categorie, (3) subcategorie of model, en (4) type
2. Apparaat van jou maken:
a) Geef je product een eigen naam
b) Waar heb je het apparaat gekocht?
c) Wat kostte het apparaat?
d) Wanneer heb je het apparaat gekocht?
e) Voeg een foto van je aankoopbewijs toe
*** WAT KOMT ER NOG AAN? ***
We zijn nog druk bezig met het uitbreiden van de mogelijkheden met EzSupport. Dit kun je onder andere verwachten in de volgende versies:
a) Foto galerij: foto's van je product toevoegen
b) Accessoires: heel eenvoudig de juiste accessoires vinden voor jouw apparaten
c) Services: Extra services, verzekering of garantie afsluiten bij je retailer of fabrikant
d) Reparatie: Probleem vinden en zelf oplossen of aanmelden bij retailer of reparateur
e) Software updates: Notificaties en uitleg bij het updaten van je apparaten
