Axis NETSECURE

Is there any way to rate the App less than one star? I would like to give -5 (minus 5) for this. Because of this idiotic App, I can't access my account on internet. Managing only with mobile banking. This is the service for "Burgandy" customer...Going to close all my accounts in the near future. Axis, learn from SBI...

This App is very useful for NRI customers because we are always remote destinations. Axis conformation SMS service is not available in out of India. In this situation, it is useful for us. Also, our banking transaction may more securely because multiple authentication method is used. Beginning time this App was difficult and confused, but after few transactions, I understand it is very simple and light wait apps.

Axis Bank online services and customer support for NRE accounts is crap. Don't go for Axis Bank. They used to call me & assist on everything before account was opened. Once account got opened, they never resolve any query. Now they ask to report physically to overseas bank branch. Overseas bank branch says to contact bank again with NRI support. Some serious joke going on. Tried to open FD, gave error everytime. Took 1 month to get online access. Once I got access, now transaction fails while opening FD.,

now unable to login to my internet banking after signing up for this stupid net secure thing. Sent SMS but activation won't suceed and keeps failing. Need a workaround so I could atlest get back into my online account???

Netsecure doesn't verify token after updates. Other issues not resolved for weeks, months and years. Speaking to branch was better than customer service. Anyways, issues issues and issues. Not recommended. Relationship Manager was the worst one. No knowledge at all. Account closed.

The token,which was active earlier is deactivated now due to some reason. Trying to activate it again but unable to receive the code to my registered mail id. Tried calling emergency and other contacts on debit card but to waste time and money. Ia m in Algeria and can't visit the branch. Netsecure team,please help!!!

No idea where am I supposed to send the activation sms. After finding out the right number by spending an entire day on axis bank website, it says error and I'm unable to register my new pin. Entire app is bogus and a waste of time. People should shift their accounts from axis bank

I have never seen such a stupid app .. Its taking too much time to activate the INTERNET banking & mobile banking . I am using another bank apps also, they are working very good , fast & secure . but this axis net secure is too secure to open a customer also. I think They just created one app and forgot to activate it. Time wasting app

The most f***d up thing on this planet is axis bank internet banking. F**k their security ..if I cannot use my account how a theif can. Surely will close all my accounts with axis bank. Pooooor service ever

Worst app, worst customer service, I'm an NRI based out of Auatralia wanted to access my account. Their net secure app has bugs all over their application. It's been over two months and after trying couple of times they still could not solve the issue. I can't access my account hence now decided to close my banking relationship with these idiots. Their IT team does not know how to develop a mobile app and their customer service staff does not understand how to resolve the problems.

Provide proper instruction what to do... "To activate your token, enter the serial number displayed below on axis bank internet banking login. Click on next to proceed."... What does internet banking login means ? login screen ? after login do I need to find my self ? what a shameful development for axisbank. Indian developers are famous in allover world for technology but whom u hired ? Please tell me name so I never apply that wonder company and also alert all of my friends.

UI is terrible. No colour contrast means you can barely make out the OTP from the background. The PIN input entry has a delay which means you have to type a single digit wait a second and then move on to the next, or else you the app just can't capture the input and throws an incorrect PIN error. Pretty pathetic for the third largest Indian private bank. Why can't they hire a decent team to build a good app where the UX matches their 'priority' banking brand?

I'm unable to register for internet banking because this stupid app won't work. The sms to be sent does not have a recipient, so it won't go. I don't know what's wrong. Poor performance. I do internet banking through other Banks but never faced something like this.

This is really a useless app. I configured and used successfully this app for couple of weeks and now its asking me register the token AGAIN and this time the token SERIAL NUMBER is different than the earlier one. I am thinking that recent OS upgrade deleted the previous register token serial number, due to this I can't operated my online banking. Proper testing need to be done, before releasing these kind of new access methods.

Worst Bank and saying that they are good at digital banking ." NETSECURE Mobile Application" when there is no option of switching to NETSECURE Mobile token in Internet Banking. What is the is the use of this App. Thought of doing a outward remittance through Internet Banking, but showing an error" Your NETSECURE has not yet activated. Please try after some time". What's does the word "some time" means? Days or Years ?. Because i have been waiting from 2weeks .

I was not able to login for a few days. Error on Token activation being not verified. Then I mailed them with details of the problem. Customer care called me today and resolved the problem within few minutes. I'm not sure why the problem occurred in first place though.

Horrible..would not recommend anyone to open an account with Axis bank. Had a very bad experience with the new secure login application. I sent the messages many times which cost me more than 2000 INR, also had to bear other losses as I wasn't able to login. In future please test the application and the process before launching any product and troubling the customers. There should be negative rating for such an app/ bank.

I have been trying to activate my mobile device for the last 10 days without a success. Customer Service at Axis is sending me the same messages everytime I write to them, that the issue has been resolved. Really frustrated. No idea how I would get a resolution to this problem. Not able to login to my accounts too.

This is the very best in terms of security and This App working Brilliantly... Hats off to the guys who made this app and thanks for Axis bank... I am Happy with Axis bank. Updates Till 2016. March its a top secure App i feel safe and happy with Axis..

How come you can provide such UN qualified or UN quality software in the banking sector. Is this is the security being provided ..? I have been acting this for more than 14 Times. All waste of money.

This sucks, unable to login to my Internet Banking after opting to signing up for NetSecure. Activation wont succeed and now i am stuck nowhere. I can not login to my account in the browser. So frustrating. Atleast do something so i can login???

OMG... For login I have to play treasure hunt.... Can't you guys think simple powerful application... Like citi and scb...

Please these app just creates unnecessary complication and frustration at times. Plz let us keep it basic way of things.

Very bad not at all user friendly. Don't know which stupid software engineer has developed this and which bank officer has approved it.one word pathetic.....

it works just great. but the process of sending an activation sms is definitely inconvenient to many nri. try to bypass that.

Tried logging in several times. once opt is generated and put error appears. Horrible procedure. old one was much much better. The new system really sucks.

What kind of monkey design this POS is only known to Axisbank. So most pathetic painful PITA is this peice of app. Shame on you Axisbank, SHAME!

This app is meant for NRI and not for the domestic customers. Domestic customers have to buy one touch device after making the payment of rs 1000. This bank is looting its customers because SBI provides this facility i.e 2 d security using mobile app SBI Secure OTP free of cost to everyone without carrying out any discrimination among customers.

I never expected that some one would waste time and money to design this stupid apps. Which will also waste time of those who have installed this app

Doesn't work for nro account..how can u ask NRI to send sms from registered number of india?? You actually dont sent OTP to NRI..how would I access my account. This is insane

after enabling i cant login to my account. reached till setting pin. but its not taking any of my pin combinations, asking for try again.

Absolute fiasco, I wonder why axis bank has to make everything so complicated and useless, hate the new net secure system and this app, hope they come out with something better soon, until then I am not doing net banking with axis.

It took me more than an hour to register for mobile app. Reason, auto-populated activation SMS was not having destination number and I need to search it here and there. It is a basic workflow, but seems even this is also not tested for specific android handset (using sony z3). Another disappointing experience from Axis bank, matching with previous interactions.

Being an NRI customer putting this much complexity for login really makes our life hassle. I couldn't complete my token verification since I cannot send SMS to Indian number from my mobile and hence couldn't login. The previous method was much easier even though it had browser limitation. Any help for people like me?? Listen AXIS !!!

They have put so much security so that you can't login to your bank account without having smart phone with you all the time. I can accept this if this app works, could not complete activation for hours. Some crappy idea of sending SMS during activation. Just hate the guys who designed this app, totally incompetent .

I hate these utilities. Please do not ask anyone who is going through a huge agony to use and give a very good rating to it. What a nonsensical thing to keep some IT guys on job! At the cost of us, the customers.

Activation failed more than 5 times! If you dont know what you are doing, dont do it. Test it before you deliver something. Shame on you developers :-/ )do you guys seriously hate NRI?
