Eye Makeup Step

1. Beginning with a clean slate. Wash your entire face with a cleanser that is mild before starting, paying special attention to any left over mascara or eyeliner. In the event you are having trouble removing remaining eye makeup, try using routine lotion or cold water on a cotton swab. Do not put on your eyelids - this will make them oily, and the make-up will run off.
- Apply primer to your eyelids(elective). Primer or foundation smooths out your skin and supplies something to the make-up.
2. Apply concealer to dark under-eye circles and to the place where your nose is met by your interior eye. (Shop for concealer swipe eye across your interior wrists and somewhere which allows you to analyze samples - purchase the one which covers up the veins greatest.) Use a concealer brush or your fingers to combine the make-up out to your cheekbones and nose.
