Choose a liquid liner with a very thin brush. It doesn’t matter if the brush is felt tip or has bristles, as long as it’s thin and you feel comfortable using it. Start at the middle of your upper lid and create small dashes as close to your lash line as possible with the tip of your liquid liner. Work your way toward the outer corner of your eyelid.
Use short strokes to connect these dashes to each other. Bring the eyeliner to the inner corner of your eye and draw a line from the tear duct to the beginning of the line you just created. Create your wing by placing the tip of your eyeliner at the outer corner of your eye and end of the line you just drew. Angle the wing toward your temple. Picture it as though your lower lash line extended up toward your temple and draw your wing at that angle. You can make your wing as long or short as you’d like. A longer wing is more dramatic, while a shorter wing gives a more subtle finish. Start at the tip of your wing and draw a diagonal line back toward the line you created on your upper lash line, forming an empty triangle. Fill the triangle in with eyeliner and go over the line on your upper lash line to make sure it’s cohesive with the wing.
