The purpose of the app is great, I love being able to see how my child is getting on at school. But please for the love of God can you make it more responsive, videos take an age to load and navigation through the menu take a little patience.

What a great idea, i love using the app, maybe i check it a little too often. Can be slow at times, videos dont always load, but still an amazing way to keep loved ones in the loop.

I live having regular updates of what my child gets up to during the day at nursery, I really like the fact I can show his key worker all the things we do at home too.

I love the notification because it shows you how your kid is developing especially these busy days one can't get to spend enough time with kids.

Love being able to see what my child is up to, and I like being able to add things myself. Works well.

Very good for not missing any of your child's process of growing up love it.

Love the pics and ease of use to see how little ones are doing at nursery. I like the features that let you see sleep times and what food has been offered and eaten etc. Main issue is that it is very slow to open pictures and videos. If the lag is fixed it would be a great app

The ap lags alot and the video is frustratingly slow but im sure these bugs will be resolved in time. This ap is fantastic and really helps me to be connected to my sons day. It lets me see how he's progressing and what topics and books he's been looking at which we can reinforce when he's home.

When it works it is brilliant. However, it often won't even open. When it does videos/photos are really slow to load. I'm constantly uninstalling and reinstalling it. Have wasted so much time on it...

This is a grate way for pearunts to keep track of how there child or children are doing and you can up load things that you do with them in your time together. I'd not have a way of knowing without this app. I'd recommend to eany one.

Great idea but extremely poor implementation. People who created this app clearly don't use it. Photos are slow, videos are superslow and buggy. Occasionally I can't even open the app, it crashes immediately.

Great idea, unfortunately doesn't work. Slow to load photos and just shows an error page when I try to read comments.

I like the app and what it can do in terms of knowing about my child's learning at nursery. However it can be slow and if I am on roaming WiFi I will not get any data.

Stopped working a few weeks ago. Hangs on the loading screen and never resolves. Real shame as I love keeping up to date with my daughter's day at nursery despite the apps clunkiness.

really happy to get all the observations on my little girls through this app especially this week being her first full week and having a few tears I can see she settles well after and the nursery is superb!

I have both my children on it but the things the nursery are putting on there it's not going with their folder I have to go into notifications to see what's been done

Works well for me, can be slow sometimes, but generally works very well

Takes too long to open if at all and everything loads extremely slowly once you're in. Really poor from the devs.

Love keeping in touch with nursery this way, adding photos, videos and comments and seeing what my children have been up to. It's a great way to collaborate with their key carers as part of their learning journey.

Has stopped working! You can't download the data from the app :(

Cannot watch videos. Annoying. Please fix

This is an amazing app cum activity diary 5 star for that...but sometimes takes time to load, if team can focus on that please. cheers.

Great method of communication. A little slow sometimes.

My son loves to go there everyday and I trust the staff over there. They are really careful about children. Thank you girls

Very slow and sometimes doesn't load at all. Very frustrating.

Love this app, makes it so easy to see how my daughter is getting on but photos struggle to load sometimes.

It nice to be able to see how my little one is doing not having to wait until meetings to see photos although it takes a whole to load photos and videos

It has its glitches where sometimea it takes forever to load a photo or video but it's soooo useful!!

Daily highlights while at work. Possibly the best thing on my phone.

Does not open login page completely

So far the app is great, but always freezes when I first open it. Apart from that, I'm fairly happy with it so far!

what is preventing you guys to make the video player work ?

Because I have to work away from home, it's great to get an update on what my little one is getting up to
