Dial-a-Meal, Pune’s original restaurant food delivery service, now has its own mobile application! Available for Android, the Dial-a-Meal app is convenient and easy to use. It displays an all-inclusive view of the menus of restaurants in Pune, and lets you order food quickly with minimum effort. It stores your order history, and gives you a variety of payment options.

Earlier this app was very good..but off late it stops working whenever we try to browse through the restaurants and their menu.. it denies access to registered users and an error message crops up everytime we try to place an order..

Dial a meal has published standard deliver rates based on distance and order amount. And google maps is a standard to determine distance. I feel cheated when the delivery person charges more giving excuses like there was traffic, one ways etc. For my order, google maps showed 3 separate routes with max 13kms. Even with buffer of 1-2 kms, delivery charge was Rs100 for order amount of Rs.1400.

Order time is more than 3 hour. and you need to call for confirmation after order placed, And when you call them then they inform you that they are placing your order and you will get order after 2-3 hrs

Just meant to provide error message when you try to order. Asks for registration of registered users when you try to login.

User unfriendly to the extreme. I tried registering and it wouldn't let me place an order on my registered address. I necessarily had to enter an alternate address and then the payment just wouldn't get accepted. This service will soon be out of business.

You order a meal. The bill presented on delivery is more than what is shown on the app. When you contact them for clarification the standard answer is the rates on the app have not been updated. With special reference to Mainland China restaurant.

Doesn't allow registration, without giving any reason. Tried 5 times . I give up.
