MSRTC Mobile Reservation App

This app from MSRTC has made reservations very easy. Lets you choose a seat of your choice & even if you are boarding a bus from MSRTC posts outside city i.e on highways the person at the post helps you find the bus and the team keeps the seat vacant from the Starting point itself. Thankyou MSRTC for making my festive travel easy.

Trimax you are ruining booking experience of Msrtc... Msrtc should break the contract between TRIMAX. Such a ridiculous booking between two stops. You are not running a railways to asign short names to stations. It should be simple as selecting a city and then selecting boarding point.

Worst app I have ever seen. Doesn't allow to make any payment. As this is government app, so errors are expected. This is request to Govt don't become digital, you can't become like the Govt of developed countries. Absolutely poor job by Government.

It just dont work in that fashion, u buy ticket online then u go to the conductor anf u travel, instead of this traditional fashion i booked online, then i went to the stand and surprised, there is not even bus there on my mension freeking time. They are not even bother to informed me about cancellation of bus it self or may be that bus dont even exist

ISSUE1:- Tried booking tickets using this App instead of website. Booking was successful but no SMS received on registered mobile number/provided mobile number. Hence 3 star. Improve this service. Would consider revising the rating. ISSUE2 :- doesn't open with 3G network, worked only with WiFi. ISSUE3 :- date selected using app gives error on search as "invalid date format"

Neither received email nor I received the SMS of the ticket done through mobile application. Was frustrated and worried since my parents alone were traveling in night... Worst part is that the print option in mobile is not working. So you are stuck without any proof of booking! Would not recommend to anyone to book by application. In stead book through the official website and you will get bus ticket email as well as sms.

You can't cancel even your reservation. I reserved ticket and on cancelling reservation they said can't cancel due to mobile reservation. My all money is wasted. Worst service and worst app. Can be make better like m indicator..

This app is as worst as the web reservation system. Lacks information. Same bus stops are available with 3-4 different names! Didnt have most of the bus services available by msrtc. Are they realy represent msrtc?!!!! If yes what are the msrtc officials doing?

Hopeless app. I booked ticket through this app. After lot of efforts i was able to book. Process completed. Amount was debited to my account but seats not booked. I am stiĺl trying to recover this amount by taking follow up at the local depo. Good thing is that the depo officers are very helpful. Hope I'll get my amount back.

You guys really need to look into these problems. Introducing this app is an awesome idea but you guys really need to keep it working. This app will help people a lot if it works as per expected. Currently neither am I able to login nor search for a bus due to a date format error

Developer need to work for this app before launch..lot of bugs... ticket fares mismatch... tickets fare need to be updated fares for tickets of seniors citizen... Tickets including senior citizen fare are mismatch..direct concessions for senior citizen to be discounted in combine tickets.

I have booked my e-ticket from this application.. Simple interface...Loved it. Only thing which i don't like is that every time i need to login to the application. So provide auto-login facility like othe applications.

Can't search for any bus. Even though there are several buses between Chembur and Mangaon everyday, it slows that there are no buses. Time wasted. Expected better from MSRTC.

Please check and suggest booking for Senior Citizens. There is no option in MSRTC. If I am select without Senior Citizens Seat (because Senior Citizens Seat already booked) then I am not able to book that Seat. It's showing full amount and seat is not valid for Senior Citizens. I think, this should be update on app.

Only idiots can make this type of App. Booked for one date and after confirmation it's showing booked on another date. Happenned two times with me. And if you cancel the ticket, forget about refund. How can you expect better from government related services. There is no option for zero star otherwise you idiots can only deserve that zero. Cheaters...you are not capable of serving such services..go to hell

Huge mistake in the logic of booking online ticket. Should learn something from irctc. wasted 644 on reservation. Departure time of boarding point is not correct at all....

Please arrange to provide current location of the bus.. Because many times bus gets delayed due to any reason. If passenger gets alert regarding bus current location, it will help them alot

One thing need to change is cost should be charged for actual journey. I experienced while booking that I have to pay full charge as selection of arrival and departure place is not asked after selecting the bus..

1. I have not booked any ticket but for the sake of curiosity, I cheched many routes. I found that this app shows city to city bus schedule but not of town or village. 2. How this app get more 5stars? May be Devakar Rawates fan club rated this bukwas app.

Doesn't show route while booking like on website. Crap app. Not smart. When I type mulund it should consider all stops in mulund.

please remove duplicate stops or kindly specify the stop original city so ppl can choose the right option.

Fake app just a bullshit

Very very bad app. .it does not indicate proper information of busses I missed my very important bus due to this app.

While selecting seats app shows wrong seat positions. Very uncomfortable. Front seats of app are actually in last row of bus. Pathetic experience

Before building any transportation app see other app like neeta travel. UI is bad. Website is good

I just booked ticket for Nagpur to Pune, payment Debited from my card ,but I can't see my ticket, they said only transaction failed... i don't know if i will get refund .Very bad response from msrtc.

When I book ticket with this app, the receipt is not displaying proper manner so provide facility to view and download receipt in PDF format...... great and simple interface

I am frequently traveling through Super fast bus services.But not satisfied with the with the way it operates. It is only bus service. Need to speed up the system in order to reduce total travel time.Many time bus stops for very common reason which can reduce by efficient system in place. Thanks

I did payment by using internet banking,after payment debited from account,app gives error:''transaction failed,money will be credited in 3 working days".then for what money is gets debited???guys you must work on payment gateway...

There r buses after every half an hour and app said no bus found for the given day. Pls update ur database

Try to improve your skills you building application to help people or suckling our mind. I don't know really.

I use this apps from last few month It's nice My sugesstion to developer is In this apps after booking ticket we are able to read the ticket or receipt Can it is possible when we click on print button its going on pdf format Or we can download ticket in pdf format It's is need when transaction successful but sms not received. Pls suggest me about pdf format Have a good day. Arvind

Too many bugs in app , start the facility of sending email and SMS after booking. This is very much and required service.

1. Very complicated to select City because of all boarding point present in list. 2. I'm not able to print my ticket or get any PDF file which is booked from this App.

Still not actually booked, but tge available information is good. Thanks, need more upgradation like Mindicator or mobond, with correct and valid information. All the Best, good initiative.

MSRTC should work on this area. App doesn't start even. Server problems.

and search should be like travels website style, not even single bus found between Mumbai and Goa. Booked two tickets, but not visible in 'My Ticket' section and money is debited from bank account. According to their helpdesk, it will take 10 working days to credit back to bank account. Do you fu*k accept 10 days delayed payment for ticket booking by us, you need instant money right, so why 10 working days for refund? Worst app developed by crap engineers of Trimax.

1. Auto login facility: no need to login every time 2. Last Searches: Should show me cities which I have searched earlier. 3. Show appropriate timing: Should show arrival time at particular city. Currently it is showing departure time of source city

Open aap and find search bus but app show message } SYSTEM MAINTENANCE TIME TRY LETTER

Shivneri never come on time from Mumbai to Pune always take 1&1.30 hour late no use of reservation msrtc never get back to prompt service
